   I give this 2 stars since the app is easy to use and you can deliver anything. but everything takes very long and you have little contact with delivery driver. another problem is a lot of bugs. one of the bugs is when you click a section of a store you crash. its so annoying it makes the app crash so much you cant even do anything. i do not reccomend this app even if they fixed this. use snoonu or talabat

2. 1/5BY FAR THE WORST FOOD DELIVERY APP EVER

   I’ve never been more disappointed in a food delivery service. Every single time we decide to give it another try, we always end up more disappointed than ever. It takes an extremely long time for the order to reach us, the food always arrives cold, the customer service is even worse (either cannot be reached or cannot care less to resolve the issue), the drivers are too lazy to even read the address directions and end up asking us to meet them downstairs or somewhere else. I highly recommend using ANY other app. Even the restaurants Rafeeq works with have informed us several times that the food is ready but waiting for a Rafeeq driver to pick it up (on average 40 minutes after the food is prepared). I’m definitely removing this app and will never use it again

3. 1/5Don’t ever think of using Rafeeq

   It’s been 50 minutes since I ordered my food and it’s supposedly still in preparation. I’ve called Rafeeq support so many times it now tells me “maximum amount of calls has been reached”. Everytime I try to call them it tells me that the number is busy or the queue is full. And when the queue is full they don’t even put you on hold they just hang up. I’m so done with Rafeeq. Oh, and prior to all of this, the app was lagging so much and saying that there was a problem with my order, so I tried ordering multiple times but got the same notification that it didn’t go through. Well then I found out that it actually went through and I had 5 orders of the same thing, had to call Rafeeq 10 times to get an actual person to help me. Never order from here.

4. 1/5One of the worst experiences

   I had one of the worst experiences with Rafeeq tday I ordered from a shop and within 2 min I tried to cancel it but there was no live agents at that time so once the food was delivered I argued, chatted with 3 live agents me and all to get my money back cuz it was their problem they didn’t have active live agents at that time and then at 12 midnight I called them again and they asked me to wait cuz they hv appointed a delivery guy take back the food and then return my money back and I waited waited waited so long that it was 1:15am still no update so I called them and asked they said they will take the food tmrw and return the cash, they isn’t even call to report that I had to call them

5. 1/5One star is too much

   Honestly, I have been reluctant to write a review but man the past 4 month have been absolutely shambles and it’s this company. I am not exaggerating if I say it’s the worst food delivery company not in the country, or region but in the world. The experience is an absolute nightmare form the beginning to the start! Huge delays Massive lack of communications skills Below average employees ! This is shocking, the ppl who answer the phone, at least the 10s I have dealt with, are miles away from proper customer service basic needs and requirements ! I have been told wrong information. I have been told the delays form the Resturant’s while the problem is form the operational team or driver No transparency! No genuineness No care I can go on for a long time! This needs to get to the highest member of this company, enough caring about money and show some genuine interest into customer relationships and satisfaction! Stay away from this app and company till they truly fix things up! This rating and review is after 2 years of suffering!
