"body": "The description mentions QVtoGO Live, which should replace the need to use the actual QuietVox device and wired earpiece so the user could use their own iPhone and choice of wireless earbud/headphones while on a tour. However, I couldn’t find this function anywhere in the app, nor mention of it on the product’s website. Wasted download while on a cruise. It would be a great feature to allow us to use our own wireless headsets since the QuietVox device doesn’t support Bluetooth.",

"body": "On a Scenic cruise the app was completely unusable. Ultimately we determined that the wi-fi was only sporadically connecting but there was no indication or troubleshooting available in the app — why couldn’t the developers at least notify that the app can’t connect? This would have saved aggravation of debugging on the fly.",
