2. 5/5Keep your business running smoothly and organized like a true professional

   I have a lawncare business, I was very unorganized, it would lead to stress and jobs not being completed. After using a crm like this one it has changed my lawncare company better then I could have alone. I can give estimates from the tap of a finger, scheduled and complete jobs organized by the app, bill customers on a regular basis and send invoices for jobs all from the same place. It’s made paying taxes easier and more organized. All I can say is this app is better then all crm applications in the service industry by price and functionality. Mike and Justin really hit it out of the ballpark with this app. They listen to the customers (business owners using QuoteIQ) that want things added and changed, released videos and have done livestreams to help everyone understand and use the app. It has seriously changed the way I run my company, I can’t thank them enough for ever detail added and changed to make this app as good as it is. If you are hesitant about the monthly price just check out their videos regarding how to operate the app.

3. 1/5Developer removes critical reviews

   After having Mike take my support question online to our phones, I pocket dialed him when in the grocery store and he proceeded to block me because he didn’t remember who I was. Because of how many negative interactions he has, he confused me with someone else that was trying to cancel a subscription. After he realized this, he petitioned to have my negative review removed because he was all over the place with his unprofessional and uncourteous response. If you need to measure sq ft for a job, Google can do it just fine and doesn’t charge you for that free service like this guy does. He considers himself very good looking (he said that to me) and his customer service is unhinged. You can see previous negative reviews point out the lack of support, and here he is trying to fix that but doesn’t have the temper or customer service skills to do so consistently and cannot stand honest criticism without sitting around trying to remove as many negative reviews as possible. If you want to pay for service that you can get for free, here’s your app. If you want to support a business owner as I’ve described, this is your app. But if you don’t like people trying to make a quick buck off new business owners that have an ego and bad customer service, then this is not your app. Can’t wait to see who he thinks I am this time and if you remove my review I’ll post another. People should know about your personality and u professionalism.

   After looking at several CRM’s I chose QuoteIQ and so glad that I did. It is very easy to set up and use. I am still using the free version and that alone has so many features. All customer contacts in same place, easily search and see everything you have quoted, email estimates, see notifications when someone has viewed your quote and Shows when they have accepted it. Schedule job to the calendar and right from the calendar you can mark job as complete, quickly send the invoice, and get to your next job. You can set up general emails and texts for sending estimates and another pre-set for when you send the invoice. Also when sending the invoice you can have pre-set a brief request for a google review along with adding the direct link to your review page. ALL IN THE FREE VERSION!!! I am looking forward to unlocking some of the other features soon! This app is a game changer for me and something I could not operate my successful business without. The best part is the customer service. If you have a question, there is an AI chat bot that can often quickly provide an answer. If not, the developer will quickly contact you back to help, at times immediately! And the developers are constantly improving the program. I have been using it regularly for about 6 months now, I’m glad I chose this app and have no regrets.
