4/5Brilliant Service That I Trust and Recommend
the customer service provided by Quick Cart (customer service and drivers) is always of the highest quality. i don’t recall ever having a bad experience with them. they are fast and supportive throughout the ordering process and frequently have promotional offers. their service is affordable im comparison to others in the food delivery industry. i only have two suggestions- some restaurants need to be reviewed to ensure they actually want to deliver to the areas Quick Cart services because there’s no point in a customer placing an order and waiting only for one hour later, the order has been cancelled from the restaurant end. i think this has happened at least twice for me with one particular restaurant. my second suggestion would be that we need more restaurant options on the app. i love what’s available now but it would be great if there was more to choose from! kudos to the entire Quick Cart team and especially Cedric who delivers in the Montego Bay area- he is the absolute best, i know my food will get here before it’s cold once i see he is the pickup guy.

1/5Terrible app interface
You need to allow for clicking into a specific restaurant and then the back arrow needs to remain on the level of the reaturaunt you clicked out of instead of doing a complete re-level the top of already scrolled page. Restaurant availability by mileage needed to travel to ONLY display those which deliver to stated address.! Order cancellation alerts are non existent within the app. Opening previous orders within the app is not user friendly and impossible. Estimated times of arrival are completely in accurate! Your “ chat feature has no live interface you need to call it “email us “. Email responses are also slow and not simultaneous if an order issue arises. The ability to self cancel an order is nonexistent. You have no progress meter on what status order is in. For example “ ordered being prepared , order picked up. Driver on the way ,should all be communicated through the App NOT email. Restaurant Phone numbers need to be displayed on top level of restaurant scrolling pages. A lot of work is needed to bring this up to industry standards.

The app is designed well enough and easy enough to use. The maps really need to be addressed so that drivers stop getting lost. There also random days when service is unavailable, or the same restaurants we order from suddenly don’t deliver to our area anymore. Update November 1st: The quantity selection is useless. There is no notification or indication it’s a button with no response until you hit add to cart. The maps and updates are also still a nightmare.
