1. 5/5Ocean Eden Bay is the best!!

   I went to Jamaica and stayed at Ocean Eden Bay June, 2026. I would highly recommend this resort. Kaci check us in and this young man personified professionalism when it came to greeting new guests, and making them feel welcome. We went on an excursion to Dunns River Falls and Brother Albert was by far the best tour guide I’d ever had while on a vacation. We also met a young man named ReggJay on the resort and he was very kind, professional and helpful. Mr Dexter took us from that amazing resort, back to the airport and he too was outstanding. He gave us a lil history about the areas we were driving through and he was open to happily answer any questions we may have had. Again, another employee who was exemplary at what he did. I still tell everyone, from the food, entertainment and overall experience, Ocean Eden Bay is really a Heaven on Earth. I plan to go back soon.

   I try to be positive and hopeful when I order Buffalo Wild Wings. I have a poor experience and don’t go back for awhile but am optimistic that maybe, just maybe they have hired more kitchen help and have improved their customer service. Alas, disappointed again. I placed a pick up order through the BWW App at 6:15 pm for a pick up at 7:20. I arrived at 7:10 ten minutes prior to my order pick up time. A mere 25 minutes later and after a couple of apologies from a pleasant employee (the one bright spot of this experience), I finally got my order after the excuse of “we are short two kitchen staff tonight”. The “short handed kitchen staff” excuse has been used multiple times over the past several years so obviously BWW needs to pay more or hire way more employees especially on BOGO nights. And after the 25 minute delay from my scheduled pick up time, I secured the wings. And they were cold. How does that happen when I am waiting for my order and they are “finishing it up and getting it packed and ready to go” and the food is cold? Deductive reasoning would have one believe the order was sitting in the back for quite some time waiting for someone to take the bag out front to the customer. Something needs to improve from the order placement to the food arriving in the customer’s hands. Even more frustrating I tipped when I placed the order. There needs to be an option of getting the tip refunded or wait until the order has been inspected. Also, one needs to take an actual look at the celery and carrots when you place them in the bag. The carrots are dried out and have a whitish color to them and the celery has brown spots. Obviously, BOGO nights and the legendary sauces keep customers coming through the doors and my little review will probably go no where, but I feel I have to at least express the disappointment. I will wait another 3-4 months before I order again and I hope the situation and customer service improves. Always the optimist.

   The Burlington store located in the Falcon Ridge shopping center North Fontana is amazingly well maintained. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager Javier is a remarkable young man. Not only is the store immaculately clean to include their restrooms and their store shelves well stocked and organized. The Burlington stores I have gone into have been dirty, disorganized and just disgusting. They give me a headache if I stay there to long. You need to send other store managers to this store to receive training in how a store can be cleaned, organized and managed. This will be our go to store as long as they keep up the quality of service and cleanliness.

4. 3/5QR Reader Included in Camera App

   I don’t like the way it blocks my downloads of PDF’s with a message I need their “Free” file manager. Why the quotes on “Free”? Because all their free apps have hooks to get their other products that then restrict you in some manner. I would purchase this for some of its abilities such as business card reader; which would be better if the info was added to contacts. But, I will not be buying subscriptions. Every app on the planet plus the majors such as Apple, Adobe, MS and Google want monthly fees. Too many of these start adding up. So I would pay $2.99 for an app, but not $36 a year for a group of mostly useless apps to me. If the app was highly regarded and necessary to me I might even pay more, but not $36!!! I upgraded to three stars from two as the PDF creator is pretty useful including being able to save to Books.

5. 2/5Updating new episodes

   Just getting to the point where I don’t even want to watch Netflix because when I go to the movies or episodes that I’m watching the (Korean movies) they don’t have the movies updated or the release episodes… now they’re releasing one or two episodes a week for new movies being released however Netflix your app are not doing a good job… its getting to the point where I’m turning to other channels to watch a full complete drama because I cannot get episodes to be downloaded on time for the ones I start to watch on Netflix or one or two episodes a day and then when you go to check to see the update, it’s not there. Do not like the new format where you’re releasing episodes one or two a day or you missed three days and then release one.
