   I try to be positive and hopeful when I order Buffalo Wild Wings. I have a poor experience and don’t go back for awhile but am optimistic that maybe, just maybe they have hired more kitchen help and have improved their customer service. Alas, disappointed again. I placed a pick up order through the BWW App at 6:15 pm for a pick up at 7:20. I arrived at 7:10 ten minutes prior to my order pick up time. A mere 25 minutes later and after a couple of apologies from a pleasant employee (the one bright spot of this experience), I finally got my order after the excuse of “we are short two kitchen staff tonight”. The “short handed kitchen staff” excuse has been used multiple times over the past several years so obviously BWW needs to pay more or hire way more employees especially on BOGO nights. And after the 25 minute delay from my scheduled pick up time, I secured the wings. And they were cold. How does that happen when I am waiting for my order and they are “finishing it up and getting it packed and ready to go” and the food is cold? Deductive reasoning would have one believe the order was sitting in the back for quite some time waiting for someone to take the bag out front to the customer. Something needs to improve from the order placement to the food arriving in the customer’s hands. Even more frustrating I tipped when I placed the order. There needs to be an option of getting the tip refunded or wait until the order has been inspected. Also, one needs to take an actual look at the celery and carrots when you place them in the bag. The carrots are dried out and have a whitish color to them and the celery has brown spots. Obviously, BOGO nights and the legendary sauces keep customers coming through the doors and my little review will probably go no where, but I feel I have to at least express the disappointment. I will wait another 3-4 months before I order again and I hope the situation and customer service improves. Always the optimist.

   You won’t go wrong choosing Bitterroot Valley Septic for your septic cleanout. We had good communication for the appointment and for arrival time. He arrived on time, got right to work and even cleaned out the filter trap. We will definitely use them again. And we were given a nice little magnet for our fridge with contact information. That was especially nice since you only get your septic cleaned out every 3-5 years, locating the contact information could be a challenge without this handy little fridge magnet.

3. 5/5Tony and Koss and Moe and Mgr

   Top tech company always delivers great service! These two guys, Tony and Koss installed our brand new A/C were punctual and completed their work without any problems whatsoever and they were very professional. We also would like to add the other two guys, Moe and his manager who worked on our furnace and found the poor bird (didn’t make it) that was stuck in our chimney pipe and got our heating working again. We also love the ladies in the office especially Jennifer, thank you everyone and keep up the best work in Lake County, IL.

   I’m new here from Ohio and came in for my photos & the cashier that took care of me was great ! I looked through my photos and several throughout the stack did not have any pictures, but were plain white. He skimmed through them & removed the one that didn’t print. The price was also adjusted accordingly. I made my way around the store and checked out again upfront, the young man there was equally as kind and we too chatted a bit . Both of your cashiers were professional & polite. I just retired 30 yrs retail with my company so I know customer service when I see it !! Nice to see

   PAWLish is the best grooming facility in the valley. Located on the west side it’s like “Home Sweet Home”. Wendy and the grooming staff are all so friendly and you can tell they truly love our fur babies. PAWlish is a wonderful vibe. The place is clean and my pup loves going to see her bestie “Shawna” and get pampered. Shawna is the most amazing and gentle groomer. She does a fabulous job from nose tip to tail. And when I pick Tess up she knows she looks beautiful. My pup has a standing monthly appointment with her favorite person - Shawna. Highly recommend - you can trust them to take excellent care of your pup! 🐶
