    I booked a rental with VRBO - except it is NOT with an owner, it is with a large corporation called Vacasa. It id 26 hours before Check- in , IN another country, & I still don’t have information on HOW to Check In. I asked but unlike an individual owner, the company has a policy of 24 hours before they give you the information- not before. My husband & I are Old, we leave home tomorrow at 5 am & THIS is unacceptable for us. Now? I get a credit card I don’t want or neeed from Wells Fargo in the mail. I’ll never use VRBO again.   4. 1/5Charged me $40!!

    I had this app installed previously. Hadn’t used it in a while. It was free. Opened it back up somehow apparently I needed to redownload it. Did this, didn’t agree to pay for the premium version. Unclicked “agree” for that. Next thing I know it has charged me $40 for the premium version! This is outrageous! I’m going to do some research to figure out where to report this.

    I was reviewing the software . Before making up my mind or even trying it I get a note the purchase was successful . Hate this way of pushing products . Wont use it even if it is the last software available . Very offending.
