  1. 1/5Do not download. You will regret.

My hospital uses this for communication between staff. This is the worst application ever. Slow and unresponsive. Constantly crashes, has very poor synchronization between computes and very often the messages are getting delivered. It takes ha very long time to sync data with it server and you cannot do anything until this slow app finishes. The Interface of this application is Not user friendly. Takes multiple unnecessary steps to send a group message. It is by far the most frustrating application to use. It constantly crashes, almost in a daily basis. And if you try to log in thru VPN it will often remotely wipe all your data. The only good news is that our hospital system finally decided to switch to a different software!! I can’t wait. Do not download this application. You will regret. This app is the raw piece of junk. There is nothing good about this application. Update: My experience tremendously improved after my company switched to Epic Char. Everything works now very smoothly fast.

  2. 5/5Qliqchat support

I was having issues deleting a company off my account, while keeping another company on. Customer support was amazing at trouble shooting this, as it wasn’t an easy fix! They took time to figure it out, and call me back!

  3. 5/5Hartley and Associates

We had a doctor who inadvertently created three user accounts. Two were connected to our company and one was not and it was causing problems with message tracking. Elmer in customer support identified the problem, combined the two accounts associated with our company and deleted the third. It immediately fixed the problem perfectly without losing saved messages. Thank you, Elmer.

  5. 5/5Good support

The IT team was responsive to my feedback about notification settings defaulting back to original settings. They worked to resolve the issue with a patch and followed up with me to confirm that I was seeing the issue corrected.
