What’s New Support Chat: A new post-login virtual agent lets users submit support requests, provide feedback, or access troubleshooting tools. Access it via Avatar > Open Support. QuincyCHAT: Now integrated as an in-app web viewer, allowing QliqCHAT users to send secure app-less messages to patients. (Paid feature unless separately licensed.) Feedback: Users can now rate the app and leave feedback via Avatar > Feedback. Improvements File Uploads: Upload IDs now appear in QliqCHAT messages for better tracking. Tutorials: The tutorial now shows only on the first logged-in device. QliqSTOR Notifications: Users get a confirmation if a file upload succeeds or fails. Pending Downloads: A placeholder now appears when messages can’t download due to network restrictions. Stay organized and ensure key messages reach your audience at the right time. Native Image Editing – The photo and video recording screens have been refreshed for a smoother experience. You can now crop, rotate, and annotate photos immediately after capture or upload. Workflows – Labels – Admins can now create and color-code labels in Quincy. Users can assign, view, and search labels in QliqCHAT conversations, with synced updates and full label history across devices. Bulk Delete for Archived Conversations – Select and delete multiple archived chats at once for easier management. Improvements “You” Label in Chat Bubbles – Your messages now display a “You” tag for quick identification. Updated Emoji Reactions – Brighter background colors improve visibility. Do Not Disturb Mode – Regular message notifications are muted while DND is on; only urgent alerts will appear. Bug Fixes Fixed message recall for emails and phone numbers. URLs with special characters now open correctly. Conversations from removed users no longer appear on desktop. iOS notification sounds now play as expected. We’ve made several improvements and fixes to enhance your experience: Improvements • If you try to open your gallery after previously denying photo access, you’ll now see a clear message explaining that permissions are denied, along with an option to go to your device’s settings to enable access. • When “Block Camera Roll Access” is turned on in group settings, gallery access is completely disabled. The “Pick Photo” option is now hidden or inactive in all areas, including PDF creation and Snap & Sign. Bug Fixes • Users on iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max can now successfully select a photo or use their camera without issues.

Login via OIDC We have expanded Single Sign-On (SSO) for QliqCHAT to include the OIDC standard. SSO allows users to sign in with the same credentials they already use across their organization, reducing password fatigue and improving security. OIDC is a modern authentication protocol built on OAuth 2.0, providing secure, user-friendly sign-ins and seamless identity management. File Preview for Attachments Added a new left and right navigation carousel when viewing attachments in conversations or from the conversation details panel. Users can now easily browse through all media and document files shared in a conversation, making it faster and more intuitive to review multiple attachments. Improved PDF Quality Enhanced the Snap & Sign PDF generation from mobile camera captures. PDFs now have improved clarity and resolution, reduced compression artifacts, and more consistent quality between the mobile preview and the final saved or attached PDF, improving readability across platforms.

Bug Fixes & Improvements Images in conversations now load and display correctly across all chats. Push notifications on iOS are now delivered reliably, ensuring timely alerts and message updates. Login now works regardless of email letter casing, allowing sign-in even when uppercase letters are used. Messages now decrypt correctly after a password reset, restoring full access to conversation history. Attachment handling has been improved with a new three-dot menu for quick file options, and attachment printing now works as expected. Conversations with external (non-Qliq) contacts now decrypt correctly, ensuring all messages are readable

Channels for QliqCHAT Clinical Event Monitoring Channels introduce a new way for care teams to monitor important patient-related events. Messages that match configured trigger phrases automatically appear in dedicated read-only channels so the right staff can stay informed without interrupting patient conversations. Automatic Trigger-Based Routing Messages containing predefined trigger phrases and patient context are automatically routed to the appropriate channel, helping teams quickly identify and respond to critical situations. Dedicated Channel Feed in QliqCHAT Subscribed users can access channels directly from their message list and view routed messages with patient context, sender information, category, priority level, and timestamps. Filter, Manage, and Export Channel Activity Channel feeds can be filtered by patient or date range. Users can remove false positives using the Not Relevant option and export channel data in CSV or PDF format for reporting and review. Admin Configuration in Group Settings Group administrators can create channels, define subscribers, and configure trigger phrases and priority levels such as FYI, ASAP, and URGENT. QUICK TODOS Send simple checklists directly from chat using the new Quick Star (Q + star) composer menu, which replaces the old QM icon and groups Quick Messages and Quick Todos. Quick Todos work in both 1:1 and group conversations — in group chats, each participant gets their own checklist instance with per-person progress visible to all. QliqCHAT delivers in-app notifications when the app is open and push notifications when it’s backgrounded, covering Todo list assignment and completion. SOS — THREE-OPTION ESCALATION WITH HOME SCREEN, LOCK SCREEN ACCESS Field workers can now escalate distress more precisely and faster. The in-app SOS prompt is replaced by a three-option modal: Need Cop, Call me, and Show up. Group admins configure separate routing recipients per escalation type in Quincy → Visit Path → SOS Settings. A new home-screen widget, Lock Screen widget, Live Activity with Dynamic Island support put the three SOS buttons directly on your home screen, and lock screen — so a field worker can trigger help without unlocking their phone or opening the app. Requires iOS 17+ for widgets and Live Activity. Improvements - “View More” button is more visible on long messages in both light and dark mode. - Pinch-to-zoom now works on JPG file previews. Bug Fixes - Replying to a text message containing an attachment with another attachment no longer errors. - Resolved an issue with infinite loading after app launch. - Messages now send and sync promptly across devices without requiring reinstalls.

AD User Password Reset Restriction: Active Directory users now see a warning when attempting to reset their password, advising them to contact IT. These users can no longer reset passwords via QliqCHAT settings. Bug Fixes Resolved delivery issues, missing group thread messages, and archive display errors. Fixed unread badge counter inconsistencies and improved Snap & Sign PDF quality. Addressed disappearing messages in deleted conversations.
