"body": "When I tried to run the app on my iPad which is above of 4th gen (10th) and updated to the iOS latest version (18).the app still shots down ,I have tried erasing cache and all app data before reinstalling it or rebooting the device but nothing helps so I when to try on my wife’s iPad it is the same model and doesn’t work neither . The device model is MPQ13LL/A .Please help solve this issue I need it so I can sell your products",

"body": "Perhaps instead of regurgitating the same canned “we’d like more details” response, you might figure out what is actually causing this problem! I have a brand new, high-end ipad and the app will not download. If you can’t fix it…don’t offer it, because enough people can’t access it that you should pull it and fix the bug!",
