5/5Exceptional Language Learning Experience!
I've been using the Promova app for a few weeks now, and it has completely transformed the way I approach language learning. The app offers a diverse range of languages with well-structured lessons that cater to all skill levels. The interactive exercises, engaging quizzes, and real-life conversation practice make learning both effective and enjoyable. One of the standout features is the personalized learning plan, which adapts to my progress and keeps me motivated. The community aspect, where you can connect with fellow learners and native speakers, is also a fantastic addition. The user interface is intuitive and visually appealing, making the entire learning process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, Promova is an exceptional app that I highly recommend to anyone looking to learn a new language. It's user-friendly, comprehensive, and truly effective. Five stars all the way!

4/5A good start
It is an amazing app before I used Duolingo but I was taking to long to learn and the words u was learning we’re not useful at all, but with this app it teaches me words and sentences that I would actually use the most. And this app has helped me a lot, it’s a very good app I recommend :) but also I would really like to practice how to say the words but I Donat do that for me… yet…I hope, and also the lessons are too short it could be good but it could also be bad and it doesn’t go over the words I had just learned it would just teach me knew words which I don’t think it would help me learn French but it is a good app so I still recommend :)

2/5Advertised Features Don’t Exist
When I saw the ad of someone speaking fluent Spanish and saying that she has been using Promova for 3 months to learn Spanish by practicing realistic conversations with the use of AI, I was interested. I realize most ads hire actors but, the content and features that are advertised should be real. This was not the case with Promova. The ad said that you’ll learn through conversations and not by just memorizing words. I signed up and paid for the 7 day trial. And as you might guess by now, there was no tool or feature to have conversations. It was only flash cards and mini topics like “Travel” or “Shopping” with vocabulary exercises. The design and layout of the app is pretty good. That’s why I give it a second star. I went through the intermediate and advanced sections in about 3 days. And then that was it. There’s no more material after that. So why would I continue to subscribe? There’s some repetition within each mini module but overall there’s nothing that draws back on all the modules so that you can put it all together with proper grammar and conjugation. There’s actually zero grammar. If you just want to memorize some new words by topic (instead of what the advertising promised) this is *maybe* ok. But you won’t really learn anything long term or how to put it all together.

1/5SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.
When you sign up, it says as long as you camel more than 24hrs before your free trial ends, you won't be charged. This is a LIE. When I contacted support, there were all these other requirements (I had to use the app for 7 consecutive days, I had to contact them directly, all within a 14 day period, AND 24hrs+ before the free trial ends. It was not clearly stated during sign up, and who can keep track of all that anyway? Also their $15 "workbook" is 5 pages. R i p o f f I've been practicing Spanish for about 3 months, and wanted to try a new program to broaden my learning. After a quick scroll through the lessons it was clear that I would be starting at square 1- the lessons were sooo basic. Customer service answers promptly, but isn't helpful and will just try to push a lifetime membership. EDIT: I received a one time refund of the subscription after I told them that I think their operation is a scam and they could keep my $40.

1/5Spanish app is trash, so many flaws!
This app is riddled with issues. First off they mislead me with false advertising! They advertise a book reading feature with a bouncing ball over the words as it reads. This feature is not in the app, they said it was under development. Then why advertise it? This is why I bought the app! Also there are so many issues from words being cut off, it doesn’t pronounce the words on the various screens like all other language apps do. They show vague pictures with no explanation and you are supposed to select the Spanish word that goes with it, then the words at the bottom don’t fit the button so you get a partial word. This happens throughout the app. I have tried 9 different Spanish apps, this one is the worst by a long shot. I spent $90 for terrible app that is still under development. This app needs to be recalled and everyone should get a refund.
