5/5Love the notifications
I’m sure lots of people think multiple notifications a day are annoying (and you can adjust that in settings). But I personally love it so much. From “can you start X now?” to “can you try to finish Y before the end of the day?” it puts me in a productive mindset and reminds me to focus when I inevitably get distracted throughout the day. I like how I can visually plan my day (separating tasks into morning, afternoon and evening; and highlighting high-priority tasks), and it’s easy to move tasks from one day to another if you didn’t get to them. I also like that it connects to my calendar (so it automatically autofills events into the correct section of my Today window). I was looking for an app that would nudge me to complete certain tasks throughout the day, and I found it. Thanks!

4/5Love it, but it’s glitchy!
I love this app tremendously! I love that I can sync my calendars - work and personal; love the goal setting, and the ability to create sub-tasks (this was major for me)! The only issues I have with this app are, it crashes for no reason from time to time. I haven’t lost anything as a result, but it is highly annoying for it to crash unexpectedly. The other issue, which is even more frustrating, is there’s no option to delete an event, or task, or occurrence. I created a routine just testing everything out, and now I can’t delete it, I can’t delete the sub-tasks or anything. Seems the only way around this is to repurpose what you can’t delete, but if you cant, you’re stuck with having a task, sub-task, event, or routine that you don’t need. Any idea on when you guys will get something as simple as a delete feature? Otherwise, love the app! -

5/5Effective App
I really enjoy this app a lot. It is very engaging and it takes practice after practice to be committed to this app. It is definitely helping me to build and stay connected to my morning habits, as well as my important task throughout the day. I also enjoy how personal you can get through opening up about your goals in all different areas of your life. Whether it be Work, Financial, love and spirituality. One tiny issue I have with the app, is that is randomly crashes. I would be inputting a journal entry and then the app crashes. I get so bummed because I invested my time into a solid journal entry and then the app crashes and I loose my entire written entry. Is there anything I can do to help fix this? Other than that, I am completely enjoying this app!

3/5Wish the Free Version Wasn’t Just a Demo
I really, really enjoyed everything about this app. The functionality was great, the activities and goal linking were really motivating, and the evening routine was great for ending the day in a thoughtful note. Previously, I had rated this app five stars. And then I hit my forty activity cap that comes in the free version. The app is essentially broken now unless I subscribe to the pro plan (which is a monthly fee). Honestly, the app is good enough that I AM considering going pro...but the fact that the free version essentially had a limited lifespan before basically forcing you into the paid plan by restricting the app’s usefulness is pretty disappointing. Would much rather have had the functions just limited to free version/paid version features, vs a free version that stops working as well (ie. Like Evernote, Todoist, Trello, etc). Leaves me feeling pretty let down as a consumer by an app I had been really enjoying...

4/5I HAVE FINALLY FOUND THE ONE
I’ve been searching for a decent app for my daily planning for a week now. After multiple unsatisfactory apps, I was losing hope. ...But then Productivity came into my life! It has long-term goals with milestones (which I think is remarkable since I have a hard time reaching goals), further questions about those goals which really motivated and encouraged me to achieve them, and you can even add those goals to iPhone Calendar, iPhone Reminder, AND Google Calendar! You can add activities which has amazing features including: repetition, time, duration, end date, tags, note, and a high priority switch! It has a journal which includes a diary and a note taker! I personally don’t use the diary but I often use the note for something I can write down during the day. There’s a morning planner and evening reflection! The planner makes you aware on what you need to get accomplished and the reflection is just amazing. It really helps you grasp everything you did and how you can improve your future planning. I steal one star for minor reasons. First, I couldn’t scroll down to change the number of times I wish to do an activity in a day. Second, instead of the high priority switch, why not implement a feature where you can choose the degree of the priority? Third, I just personally think the layout is boring. I mean, it’s blue, black, and white all around. Why not implement an exciting layout with different fonts and colors when you can? Or at least have the option to. This is the longest review I have ever made, but I’d just like to say that I am so impressed. I would gladly pay a one-time charge at a reasonable price like $3-$5. Definitely recommending.
