1. 4/5Great but Annoying

   Have been using this app for quite some time and always print to Walgreens. I’m happy with the app and the quality of the photos but it is so ANNOYING to get email after email stating my photos are ready for pickup when they’ve already been picked up!!!! This happens no matter which Walgreens I use. This has only started happening within the last year. Before that there were no issues. I’ll continue to use the app because I’m a scrapbooker and often need photos on the fly but somehow there has to be a way for the store and app to communicate. It’s just freaking annoying getting so many unwarranted emails…I get enough of them already.

   I’m not one to leave bad reviews because I work in costumer service. But this app is beyond terrible. I purchased a polaroid picture of my boyfriend and I to be used for an anniversary gift. I ordered at least one month in advance since it said 7-10 days for shipping. I didn’t receive my order after 10 days, so I had to contact them since I wasn’t provided with any tracking information or emails in general. They informed me my order never actually went all the way through (not sure why it was never brought to my attention to avoid me waiting around for 10 days looking stupid) even though I was charged and had a confirmation page. They fixed the problem and sent the picture again, letting me know it would take another 10 days. I let them know I needed it by the 7th of February or I would have to order elsewhere and requested tracking information which they provided to me. The tracking website seemed fake and showed my package in the same place from January 27- Feb 1st. I emailed the tracking website asking why my package hadn’t moved and they never replied. Once I finally received the picture, which still didn’t say delivered on the website, the picture I received was hideous and definitely not worth the 20 days I waited. The white lines of the “Polaroid” weren’t even symmetrical AND the caption I added to the photo was halfway cut off making it pointless. With my anniversary being in 3 days I had to re order my picture elsewhere. I emailed them with my concerns and have yet to get a response. I will never be ordering from them again and would honestly like my money back.

3. 1/5TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

   I ordered prints on 1/27, the confirmation email said I would have them in 7 days. After 7 days rolled around, I still hadn’t seen anything so I reached out to customer service to see where my package was (the confirmation email didn’t provide tracking info). They gave me a tracking # and the UPS site to track it. This told me my estimated delivery date was 3 days prior, but that my delivery was still “in transit.” So I contacted UPS. They told me that the tracking number was one they didn’t recognize and to contact my local post office. I did that and the post office told me to contact the original sender. I reach back out to Printicular, tell them I’ve contacted both UPS and USPS and ask them for help- they tell me to contact the post office. In short, I told them, again, that I already did that and I needed these pictures for an event that is now passed so I just wanted my money back. Keep in mind they were pretty responsive before this last email. They have not gotten back to me in FOUR DAYS. How does a company go from responding in less than 24 hours to not responding at all when a refund is asked for? So I’m getting the BBB and my bank involved now. Please do not order through this company.

4. 2/5Extremely frustrating

   Photos in my photo cash disappear, or don’t even show up? This can be extremely frustrating when you take the time to pick out twenty photos scrolling over the past year of photos, and find that nearly all of them did not transfer over to the “print” cash. The sizing option at the end is misleading- it automatically pics a size for you, and if you do not remember to Un-click that photo if you have chosen a different size, then you pay for it. Scammy. But could also be a result of very poor programming.. also, you cannot zoom, crop to fit, or have much flexibility at all with cropping. Overall HORRIBLE experience with the app- Walgreens photo quality is okay. Better than google. I’ll give two stars for it being at least a service that has worked for me in the past when printing a very few photos. but I’m printing all my photos out through google now- a much more user friendly experience despite much worse photo quality 😑 Please fix the app and upgrade it to something more reliable, user friendly, sophisticated, and for gods sake, do not auto select photos for people. If you must have some fail safe, build in some reminder pop up that says, you have not selected a size for this photo, please do so in order for it to print” yada yada etc etc.

   If the picture quality is good then I’ll be happy. Even with the app, I had to select the photos that I wanted uploaded literally 9 different times just to place my 1 order. I didn’t get to upload and get as many pictures as I wanted. I wanted to print almost 200 but I only seemed to get around 85 pictures for it to actually completely process all the way to the end to place the order. I tried the 200 I wanted like I said 8 times before I just tried the 85. That’s why I put 4 stars. It should have uploaded all the ones I wanted the first time. It would just exit me out or not hold the upload which was super annoying. I almost gave up
