   Love the variety of available art for t-shirts and items. I’d love to see some shipping discounts as shipping is quite pricey but, the discount codes work so that helps offset the cost. The website is somewhat cluttered with verbiage unnecessary to the consumer - but the cart stays intact no matter what! I will shop here again assuming all goes well with the shipment timing.

   I placed an order with this company at the beginning of December for matching outfits for my family’s Christmas celebration. I clearly indicated that the items were needed by Christmas. Unfortunately, the merchandise did not arrive until mid-January — well after the event had passed. Because the order was delivered late and no longer served its intended purpose, I immediately contacted the company to address the issue. Not only was the shipment significantly delayed, but the quality of the material was extremely disappointing considering the price point. For nearly $400, I expected far better craftsmanship and fabric quality. Customer service was equally frustrating. I opened multiple claim tickets, only to receive repetitive responses stating that the package was “out for delivery,” when tracking showed it had not even shipped. Getting a meaningful response required excessive effort, and my concerns were never properly addressed. I also paid for shipping and did not receive the order within the promised timeframe. There was no accountability for the delay, no proactive communication, and no satisfactory resolution offered. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage potential customers to research thoroughly and review feedback across multiple platforms before placing an order. This was a costly and disappointing experience.

3. 1/50/10 would not recommend.

   I ordered 2 knicks Funko, items that are NOT CHEAP BTW. Some people can understand there might be a delay. I don’t. These were supposed to be for Father’s Day and my Anniversary gift to him. One item was cancelled almost immediately and it’s still in stock, but I have yet to receive my refund. And my order still haven’t shipped yet. Terrible app with horrible customer service. I put thought and I spent my last money on it knowing my man would absolutely love this. Wanted to surprise him cause he’s been absolutely amazing and instead of receiving what I know will be his favorite gifts of all time, I was only able to get a single balloon and a card. If I got my refund back in the “5-10 days” I couldve done something else Like that’s messed up… Thanks to you and those fake reviews I’m pretty sure I gave my money to scammers aka Printerval. Respectfully do better.

   Ordered a custom sweatshirt for my puppy for my sons college baseball season. Looked at sizing chart and actually measured my puppy to get the correct size. Ordered the sweatshirt and almost 2 months later (baseball season over) the sweatshirt arrived and when I say it was tiny, I mean this sweatshirt would have fit a pet rat! I emailed customer service and they wanted pictures and measurements. Finally after many emails, pictures and measurements I received my refund. They told me that I could keep the sweatshirt because it was custom and they could not resell it! Well I can use it either! Would not recommend this site to anyone, don’t waste your time or money! -TH-

5. 1/5USPS Scam

   Sent tracking number after weeks of not receiving the Item. Printerval Support stated that my item was delivered via USPS in my mailbox. After a long battle with Printerval Support team and having to go back and forth to USPS post office. The tracking # provided was shipped to a location in my area but not to my address. USPS stated this is a scam and they are forwarding all information to the Post Master Generals Office as they shipped a 1 oz item to an unknown address. When the hat I order showed 12 oz delivery weight. I will be sending a civil suit for false advertisement and scams known by Printerval and their support team yet they do nothing to protect their consumers.
