1. 5/5user-friendly with clear directions

   I recently started using this printer app after someone recommended this to me. The app is very user-friendly with clear directions as to how to use it and what options are available to the users. It literally supports all the printer vendors. It's super convenient to see the list of all the document sources for printing. The main task of connecting to the printer using Wi-Fi and printing was effortless and smooth. Last, but definitely not the least, I loved the printables collection and it was relatively cheap!

2. 1/5you are scammers! do NOT download!

   you are all just a bunch of scammers. i am looking to print from my iphone so i searched in google how to do that and this app pops up first option. i see its a paid ad but i thought whatever i dont care. i got the app and hit the type of printer i had, it then said “printer successfully found” then when i went to click the print button it popped up an ad saying i had to pay $7.99 a week or sign up for free trial. i was suspicious so i went to look to see if it said anywhere the name of my printer and i didnt see it. i knew this app is just trying to get your credit card information. they probably would have sold it off to people. email address, phone numbers, credit card numbers. they are scammers, dont trust them and do not download this app!

3. 2/5I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS.

   Disappointed to say the least…misrepresentation is how people lose money and corporations get richer. To start, I couldn’t give a 1.5 star review, so I settled for the 2out of 5. First question…do any of you or other app creators actually pay attention to what’s being put out in the world in your name? There is such a misrepresentation of information about your application and subsequent PAID subscription and useless ‘free 7 day trial’ period; which you do not disclose either; and people do not find out about that until AFTER they’ve downloaded your app. What other kind of manipulation tactics are used against consumers that are not easily noticed… because not being forthcoming and transparent about how you do business is not helpful to the working class. Then there’s the question of ‘do you not expect people to figure this stuff out?’ Why is it that the working man is always targeted? Why not the ancients in charge? Seems like you could probably make some serious bands and stop robbing us blind. You bank on people not remembering to cancel their subscription before the ‘trial’ period ends… You bank on them not noticing the small dollar amounts that you quietly slip from their account every week; until they do notice. By that point you’ve probably made about 100 bucks off of the working man. Last but not least, who decided 7 days to test something when the average consumer has a full time job AND children? Seven days is not a sufficient length of time for people who have full time jobs and/or children who consume 80% or more of their time. What do you expect working people to gain from that?? The only people who can utilize the short term of the trial period are jobless or unemployed or even those who stare at a screen for hours because they create content; therefore the ONLY party gaining anything is YOU. Target the offices, not the constituents.

4. 5/5Convenient!

   I recently started using this app to print because I’ve started to need to print personal documents outside of work and needed to be able to print conveniently and effectively with my printer at home. I love how with this app you can print with any printer that has an AirPrint function! Now I can print without going through the process of installing separate software and installing the printer to my computer and having to send documents to my computer only!

5. 5/5Easy Connection

   I don’t like paying for things the printer manufacturer (Canon) should automatically do- but after 2 hours & much hair pulling, I decided to give this free trial a shot. And immediately upgraded my subscription. My problem is I want to print one page out of a 400 page document & don’t see how to select pages. It has to be there. (If I can’t find it in a day or two, I’ll amend my review)
