  1. 5/5People you cannot open the app (as a stand alone app) you must load in a Daw!

So one user writes a review that as soon as the PRIMO land screen loads up it crashes… Well it’s because you need to open it in Garage Band, or Logic Pro, or Cubasis 3 as an Audio Unit, Auv3… don’t feel bad I too did the same thing, and just clicked the app as a standalone app and was like What the… But it needs to load up in the DAW you use. It’s actually a REALLY good app…. The GUI (the interface) is actually very straight forward, but has a surprising amount of sound shaping features. I played a bass track through it to add some grit and it did an awesome job! The sound wasn’t ’Digital Harsh’ but smooth and rich, the presets are really useful… I really like the whole app, * Appearance is spot on and not cluttered (on my 2024 iPad Pro) * The sound, which is what we care about, sounds amazing, adds loudness without noise! * The functionality is what makes this app useful, and every who records music on their iPad knows that you have to adjust the levels, whether the levels coming into Daw, or going out of the Daw into headphones, or speakers! This app not only does its job top level, but does it FOR FREE! Thank you Developers!

  2. 5/5this is gods creation

This app, is going to show Ik psykepedia, Positive Frid, and other pretentious substandard developers where they belong, beneath Primo’s feet, may be even at the core of this earth, so that our eyes always stay healthy and functional! This is the best thing happened to AppStore. This is the standard of Steve Jobs, not these people ruining Apple. Much gratitude! better than any name you might utter!

  3. 5/5Outstanding app. Don’t pay attention to the 1 star reviewer.

Awesome sounding app. And it is free. So what;s there not to like? This works fine in all hosts that i tested, including AUM. I have used it since the very first release and haven’t had any issues with this app at all. Really unfortunate how one 1 star reviewer brings down the overall rating of this incredible app. It is free so why complain about something that didn’t even cost you anything in the first place. Instead be grateful for a developer that offers such a great app at no cost during these expensive times… and just submit a bug-report instead of leaving a 1-star rating. Treat people the same way you wish to be treated… Thanks for an amazing app!!!

  4. 5/5great

I use this often as the base of my guitar sound, in front of Eventide effects, into Drambo, loopy etc. I have others I spent good money on to use, but this sounds great and the UI is right to the point. Doesn’t do too much, doesn’t do too little.

  5. 5/5Love it

Free program for the iPad works great as a standalone app. Sounds great, easy to use, you can load as many of your own IRs as you want. Only has 11 amp models, but each one comes with two channels. Has a really cool volume leveling function.
