"body": "With the last three updates, I have lost all access to the Prime Video app. Each time that I updated, I lost all of my downloads (cannot access them), cannot play anything directly, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. So basically every update is causing me to start over from the beginning. It is very frustrating! Other than that...I do love Prime Video movies and shows, that's what makes it so frustrating. PLEASE, can you prevent this from continuing to happen?!?",
