1/5Useless for visitors to Toronto
Can’t buy day pass, only month pass or single-ride. Asks to create PRESTO account, but that’s not possible if you don’t have Canadian address and phone number. Would be awesome for tourists, to explore Toronto on foot and by public transit. But with that app impossible! Better to buy day passes at subway station - if you’re lucky enough to have accommodations close to one! 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️😵‍💫

2/5Feels like an interrogation
When I call into customer service, they interrogate me for all my personal information… worse than my bank. This is highly insecure to have unqualified employees having access to this level of personal information. I’m going to delete my account.

1/5Can’t complete purchase of card in app
It’s so frustrating that I can’t “buy” a digital presto card in the app. It kept asking me to choose a transit system. I selected TTC and the system didn’t seem to recognize it, which wouldn’t allow me to complete the purchase of a pass.
