1. 3/5Good song selection, not that reliable

   I have used this app for over a year. Overall it’s great for exercise instructors or those who work out regularly who want a variety of music. However, there are bugs and those make the app unreliable at times. I ended up getting another app as backup. I have reached out to the company letting them know, and the bugs on both the app and the website have not been addressed. Sometimes songs do not load on the app, meaning the entire playlist will not load, let alone play. I do like that they have a desktop option for making playlists, but their website is even more buggy. I wish they would take feedback more seriously. However, given the variety, usability, and option for building playlists with a computer I tolerate it (for the most part).

2. 4/5Christian & Uplifting Music Library

   I would love if you would expand your contemporary Christian collection and add to it often. I appreciated the Christian Mix you made over a year ago. Unfortunately, your library is still very limited to this genre. New Christian songs and artists come out just as often as Top 40 hits. I am happy to recommend some song titles and popular artists if you would find it helpful. It would also be nice to have a genre specific tab in the library for uplifting, clean lyric and Contemporary Christian songs so that they can be easily located when making a click mix. 3. 3/5Great, if it was reliable

   Let’s get something straight here, Power has quality music and a great selection. My problem and reason for giving 3 stars? The app is glitchy. I can’t rely on it to always load for my classes. Sometimes I have entire playlists that disappear. Today, I was trying to create my own mix and it kept telling me my access is invalid even though I know I am up to date on payment and have logged in. I’ve contacted support a few times and they try to tell me that it’s fine, yet I clearly am having troubles. I have 3 other instructor, music apps and this is the only ones that gives me problems. Power would be my favorite if it was reliable,but I find myself recommending other music apps to instructors because it’s so glitchy.

   Awful and totally unreliable. Glitches out while downloading and teaching-destroyed the momentum of class-my first and last time using in a class prior to screening. For those teaching step/kick box or classes requiring the seamless transition from song to song keeping the 32 count, energetic beat AND BPM, then don’t waste your time on this. Directions say if you make a “playlist” it will not overlap songs BUT it says, if you make a click mix it will....UMMM not the case...it fades out and there’s a tiny break between songs AND the BPM starts slow and then speeds up after the intro. Boot camp type classes are probably okay with this music...those are probably the positive reviews you’ve read. Choreographed classes?....forget about it!!! Extremely disappointed in Power Music for allowing this rollout that has disrupted so many of us....

5. 2/5Too many glitches

   I definitely agree with others that this would be a great app IF it was reliable rather than so glitchy. There was a recent update and now if I edit a Clickmix, it starts blending in the old song even though that is no longer the song that should follow. Then there’s a skip and the song that should follow comes in. It really ruins the momentum in class. This is not the first time this issue has happened. Before, I had to add a different mix to the player, close the app, restart my iPad, reopen the app, and reload the clickmix I wanted to play in order for the transition to blend in the correct song. Well, that “fix” doesn’t even work this time. Please please pleeeease make this app consistently reliable. I’ve been using this app for years and have experienced several issues, it’s very frustrating and time is overdue to explore other options.
