5/5Crashes at Allow Notifications Screen!
I can not get past this. I tried erasing and redownloading the app multiple times.

4/5Improves posture and reports are nice! Needs more to be worth subscribing long term
4 stars because this app did significantly improve my posture over a month but also could have improvements for the monthly cost. Pros * AI report feature is great. It was easy to use and nice to compare reports across months. I’m glad the data was exportable. No complaints here * I like the tracking of workouts over the month though I wish it could let you edit days because I missed one day because your app was down. It would’ve been nice to have been contacted by the app saying they were aware of the issue and to give another free day or edit that day, but I’m not that upset about it since I knew my workout at this point. * The workouts do work and there are a range of options (see my con section for the but). The instruction videos are clear and well-done. Cons * The reports don’t make it seem like you are improving - in fact, over the course of the month I had “no change” and an overall score of poor despite my improvement in alignment numbers and overall straightness of my skeleton line. I think each score should be normalized to the person and as they get closer to alignment, it slowly ticks up to “perfect,” if that score is possible. This would allow people not to feel discouraged. * It would be nice to have various workouts over the week targeting different muscles to mix it up and work towards total body alignment as I got a little bored with it and changing it deletes the whole month of progress tracking. I think more people would stay subscribed if more workout features and variety were included. Seems like there are only 20 or so workouts and stretches total. * I think the workout software itself could be better. Once I know how to do the workout, I don’t want to default see the videos every time to check I have completed something as it pauses my music. It also would be nice to have the timer directly integrated into the workout and have workouts somewhat auto progress. I know there is a timer but it is hard to access while in the workout itself

1/5Useless unless you pay
The app takes you through a whole setup process collects a bunch of info and then bricks all of it unless you pay for the subscription. No idea if it is useful or not since it literally gives you nothing before you hit the paywall. Just take a photo you don’t need a subscription for that…yet!
