   I have tried many different crypto trading Applications Many are confusing and exhausting. But this app is simple and offers statistics that are helpful for beginners and people that have been around for a while. It also offers ways to learn and earn money for learning. Staking is available I haven't tried it yet but the option is there, if you're looking for something like that. Although I sometimes fell victim of crypto scam on one platform not this App, but a friend recommended Hacker Raphael to me and they were able to assist me recover it all. That’s my testimony today. 2. 1/5They will not allow you to withdrawal unless you lose all your money . (worst customer service ever)

   (Use Kalshi instead) they are currently not allowing me to withdraw my $3000. When I first started using poly market, I thought it was great .. with almost instant withdrawals, and good odds(like most prediction, markets, i.e. Kalshi) but if you withdrawal when you are up consistently, they will decline your attempted withdrawals and say it is your bank (even after I sent them proof that my bank did not decline anything (I had used the same card to withdraw with no issues before I started winning consistently) After sending screenshot after screenshot of proof that it wasn’t my bank they claimed that I needed to try again..( I tried over 100 times and still was unsuccessful. After many days of waiting for a reply from support, they responded when it was 4 o’clock in the morning and closed the ticket as resolved once I didn’t reply in 30 minutes( I obviously was asleep) they closed the ticket. I then Restarted the multiple day timer before I hear back from support . As soon as you have a positive balance, they will hold you hostage in hopes that you can lose your money before you have a chance to withdraw, they will try every way to delay you from withdrawing and will allow you to place bets in hopes of you losing it all . It is day 5 and they are now not allowing me to open up a new ticket so I can talk to support so I guess I lost all the money I deposited. Lesson learned.

3. 1/5Account on hold won’t let me withdraw my own money

   11 days ago my account was put on hold for a kyc check which is supposed to take minutes to go through and done by ai systems. If it’s not done automatically it is done manually from a Polymarket agent and is supposed to take 3-5 days too verify your identity or smooth over any other inconsistency’s that might of flagged the verification in the first place. I have deposited thousands into my account never a problem, but the moment my portfolio was over 2000 my account gets flagged and I’m put through a kyc check nothing crazy right so I patiently wait a couple days hoping I have to maybe send more proof of id or whatever and I can withdraw my money but I have not been reached out by anyone for proof of anything I have emailed agents looking for help they answer me tell me thank you for waiting and we will loop in people too help you and nothing changes. They connect me with a human agent on the app they tell me too wait and they will come back to me when they have something to help and they never come back and the conversation expires then i have too reach out to someone new I don’t know what is happening but I would say stay away because my money cannot be withdrawn until my account is no longer on hold and it seems like Polymarket has no intention to allow this too happen.

   I waited approximately two months on the waiting list to get on this app which I totally get, left me under the impression that this app was hot and worth to wait. Long story short they recently had some type of update or really in my opinion, system crash that caused a lot of people‘s money to go into limbo. It has now been approximately two months that I have been trying to get the little money I had in my account out and they refused to give it to me. In attempts to withdraw the money, they suspended my account mind you my banking info as well as debit cards are all in my name and match. I’ve been speaking to a representative Lamar, not to say he’s a bad person, but I haven’t made any progress after repeatedly sending in all the documentation they have requested nearly 6 times. He told me it would take approximately two weeks before a decision is made. With apps like DraftKings predictions, with a much smoother platform and withdrawal friendly options that are more reliable. I certainly suggest that you stay away from this app. They take approximately 3 to 7 days to respond to any of your inquiries. Either they don’t have the manpower to deal with this amount of people or just don’t care. Stay away if I could give them zero stars I would

5. 1/5Do NOT get this app if you want your money stolen

   2-3 weeks ago I put $40 on the World Cup France vs Norway game. Obviously both teams scored and ever sports app said they did but for some reason I never got paid out. So I contact suppprt but for some reason it won’t let me message the support team. Like there’s no button. So I look for an email and I email the Europe email and they tell me they can’t help me because I have to email the US email. So I email the US email and I get a reply asking about my situation probably in like 3 minutes of me sending them in email. But then when I replied they just stopped replying to me. It’s been three weeks. I made three different accounts to try and use the contact support tab in the app but no one’s helped me. It’s ridiculous it’s almost been a month. A couple days ago I go to check the app and the contact supports finally working and I try to file a claim and I’m talking to the AI explaining how I never got paid out and it told me it’s because the game came back “low confidence”???? And I asked for a team member and it said one should reply back soon but it’s been 2 days. DONT GET THIS APPP
