   Okay so I’ve had so many problems with this app from their tracking system failing and I get penalized for it. Bets not being worth it you earn literally cents but have to put up dollars so if you lose one match you have to win 3 to make up for it. Support is terrible. You used to be able to substitute a legend if it had the same trackers if someone else chose it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been told they can’t find a match associated with my bet but I know I placed it before the match and won but it’s funny it never happens when you lose. You have to pay a 5$ withdrawal feel with a minimum 10$ withdrawal amount. I put 10$ in and I’ve been playing for a while just to try to break that 15$ threshold to withdraw my money without losing any and it seems like it’s just never going to happen they have this app setup so you lose or your wins don’t get tracked. And support is so useless and sometimes rude like less than 50 cents is just the biggest deal to them and they rather lose players than give up 50cent. Garbage app the concept is cool but they have it rigged. Use 1v1 me if you want to bet on yourself gaming because at least there there is recordings of your games and support is actually useful.

   I discovered this app in early 2023 and I have indeed profited from it. However, recently, individuals I've referred to the app have encountered limitations, such as being unable to bet more than $10 and being reset to $1 after trying the app. We adhere to all rules, placing bets at the start of games, etc. I don't engage in other games on the app, so it's concerning that being skilled or even decent is penalized. I believe users are being wrongfully flagged. Despite reaching out on Instagram, Players Lounge, and Discord over the past five months, we've received the same response: that the issue is being addressed, but there's been no improvement. I'm not seeking an increase in money; rather, I suggest reverting to how the app functioned for Apex seven to nine months ago. While bounties are intriguing, they pose a high risk with no reward. Instead, they could be a purchasable item, limited to three every one to three months. For instance, earning $5 for achieving 20 kills in Apex is unfair when you've wagered $25 and receive nothing in return. The app's trajectory has been disappointing since the initial consumer feedback survey. Though Apex was one of the first games on the app and is still promoted on Instagram, it seems neglected compared to Call of Duty. Both games boast large player bases, yet only one receives attention. Implementing a better system or imposing limits on betting frequency or account creation could balance profitability for both users and the app. Additionally, monitoring the number of games played could deter users from creating multiple accounts. Any insight into why changes haven't been made would be appreciated, as I regularly recommend the app despite its current state of unplayability.

   They want your money and that’s it, they will try to make things harder for you no matter what. I won a couple bucks and withdrew. Got one of my siblings to play and make a lot more than me. They ask for ID verification and somehow they tied my account up with my siblings. Which led to termination of my siblings account that made way more profit than me upon trying to withdraw. Even though they didn’t have lawful proof of termination, because we are both different people, with different accounts, and we met their Terms of Conditions, as shown in Accounts Sec. 1, “Each account may only be used by one person”. They stole money after lots of hard effort put into the game to make money. Whatever you do, don’t refer anyone if you’re playing in the same household!! Their TOS also says, “Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services (including, without limitation, restricting access to any and all funds related to your account) for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms of Use, without any notice or liability to you”. Depositing your money is a scam!! You are pretty much accepting that your cash isn’t liable to you anymore if you have it deposited. If you are really good at playing video games and win big cash. You will have it taken away and not paid out.

   So players lounge has officially made me come to a point where I can’t take up for them no more. I’ve had the worst experience! I won multiple bets and lost multiple bets but I eventually profited and decided I wanted to withdraw and they decided to PUT A CASE ON ME FOR UNUSUAL ACTIVITY!! And then they locked me from betting on the game I like to play that lasted like 2 days with the only update “it will take 24hours” both days! and then after those 2 days they locked me from playing everything, withdrawing any funds and cancelled everything I tried to withdraw with the only update being “it will take 24 hours” again!and it has been locked for about 5 days now so my account has been under review for 7 days no update and today pushed my buttons because an admin told me he would update me on the situation Today 100% at 11:00am it’s currently 1:28am and the admin never responded…. They don’t care about my situation and it’s not fair that I’m getting put last and delayed for a week and I currently still have no update or answers on the situation so if you download this be aware that they will put you on review and make you wait with no care or regard of it and they will make you wait until…. I still don’t know I’m just waiting

5. 5/55 star for being the best of its kind.

   With that being said, they are a business. I can loose 300$ real fast, but if I win three bets in a row they adjust my payout to where I bet 25 to win 32 minus a 3$ fee. So if you have a 100% win record on every game it’s lucrative. But losing a single game can off set winnings from 5/6 matches at times. But they’ll keep driving the pay out up when your down. But like I said win 3 bets in a row and it cost 25$ to make 3$. Customer service is fast usually. I’d say there 60% helpful. They get you on a lot of technicals. And there’s not way to dispute something wrong after the first support person helps you. They are judge jury and executioner with no escalation to an upper tier. You lagged out? Kiss money bye bye. Person quit before you covered the spread? Kiss money bye bye. Payouts somewhat easy. I bit pricey (9$) to get it in two business days. Only cashes out to pay pal. Overall I like it, it gives gaming a bit of an edge that might otherwise be lost sometimes. There are things that need fixed. Be careful playing your first few matches if you have one good game you can never win anything. For example. I bet on Fortnite, hadn’t played it in a year so it was a bot lobby the first few games I got 10/15 kills. No I need 10/15 kills to make a single dollar on Fortnite and I’m a 3 kill kind of guy if I’m lucky. So the Fortnite bets are pretty much useless to me.
