"body": "My husband downloaded this app in early 2023, and I decided to get it as well in preparation for an upcoming trip to San Sebastián. Well, the app is permanently stuck on the spinning wheel of death “updating” - I have removed it and reloaded it several times over the past few months. It’s absolutely worthless. My husband’s app asked him to update and now it also doesn’t work. It’s a shame, seemed like a good idea and when he originally got it, it looked like it was going to be very helpful. I attempted to reach out to the developer for troubleshooting, but that was also a dead end.",
