   Long time customer unfortunately ripped of. Made an order in May. Was charged including shipping for an order that never was sent. Was the victim in a traffic accident after three months was off life support and free. Collected the paperwork from pay pal, my bank , USPS and more easily proving my claim. Reached out in June and it could not be fulfilled because they didn’t have it. It became back in stock, I contacted the company ( Hannah) and was given a tracking number and told it would ship in 48 hours. That was Aug 20th. So they have my money, won’t ship a 4 month old order that’s in stock and ignore emails. I’ll spend ten times what they stole just so a company learns that theft is no Buisness model. Order their products at your own risk. They are so unprofessional and scummy they can discontinue the app then where is the ar in the pin you purchased. They feel they own customers nothing and it’s clear.

2. 1/5Trash App. Trash Products.

   The only reason I bought anything from you is because I’m a Doom Collector. Original DOS Doom 1 and Doom 2 were masterpieces. This is clearly a way to monetize ID Software’s success. The app is trash. Took me 26 minutes to check out two doom guy pins. Even when it finally “read” it was buggy/glitchy/etc. it was all upside down and skewed. No real controls. Then when I finally find a decent pin with the original cover art. You can’t even set the HD image as wallpaper or anything. I like the pins. They’ll go into the collection and at the huge discount I received to purchase them. I can’t complain past the app. App is trash. Buy the pins because you like them. Not for the weak claims of AR Enhancement. lol.

3. 1/5iPhone 16 pro Max u figure they fix the camera adjust

   Was gifted this beautiful for winning a game wait no second place as my buddy kitt was super good hearted and said John what do you want more the pin or the life counter I said the pin since I had a life counter and wanted a new pin as I love them and then I find out dam it’s an AR thing!! being the Postive person but reading the reviews I should of not been so Postive but I download and yup doesn’t work so once more fix the app to allow new phones like the iPhone pro 16 max above heck even the 12 pro max and up plz and I’ll redo my review

4. 1/5Doesn’t Work

   It doesn’t work on my iPhone 13 Pro or my iPhone XS. This pin series and all record of them appear to have been removed from their site, so it’s possible AR functionality for these specific pins have been deleted from their database; but I cannot confirm this because the support url included on the paper that came with them is dead, and the only other support option is in regards to a collaboration request. I tried using that anyway, and didn’t receive a response. Pinfinity seems like a very disorganized company.

5. 5/5Super simple, brings pins to life! (iphone 14 pro)

   The app is very straightforward to use – you just open it and it’s immediately ready to scan your pins. It adds a really cool extra dimension to your collection, and it’s a great conversation piece. Looking forward to more functionality and content – hopefully for existing pins too!!
