  1. 5/5Best app for medicine reminder

I was diagnosed with panic disorder and PTSD back in 2016. It’s always hard for me to remember to take my medicine since I deal with a lot mentally already. I bought this app to remind me to take my meds. I tried other apps in the App Store but for some reason I wouldn’t hear the notification. I love the fact that this app has an alarm that lets me know which pill to take. I have to give it five stars. If you guys can add appointment reminders on this app it'll be so amazing.

  2. 4/5Pretty good

My wife had surgery and a post care medicine schedule with varying times and medications. This was a great app to get organized and see her medication history as things were taken. Only issues I had occurred a couple times where I would open the app rather than click the notification and the current dose wouldn’t be recorded as “taken” and it didn’t add to the history. It would be nice to have a manual entry option for the history section to keep track in those instances. I subscribed to the in-app, but I’m not sure what features it unlocked, I will have to look into that more. One other nice offering would be to shift a schedule by the late amount, so if pain pills were taken a half hour late, the every 4 hour schedule could automatically adjust. Otherwise good app and pretty simple, the use of critical notifications is great as well.

  3. 2/5Great app, except twice a year...

I love this app overall. But, despite my contact before about this issue [8 months ago] it has still been ignored. The issue involves the time change - whether falling back or springing ahead, the times get messed up an hour. Rather than adjust with the time change, you have to set it another hour later when we fall back an hour, or back to normal when we shift forward that hour. The expected behavior should allow the time to be set once and not have to mess with it at all! Hopefully this gets fixed BEFORE spring 2019. Well, I’m adding to this because obviously it hasn’t. In fact, after telling me it would be fixed, they came back and said that they aren’t going to add this because some people have to take their medications at the same time. Well, that same time would correspond with the time of day that it is where and when they are. Why this is so hard to understand, I will never know, but apparently it is.

  4. 4/5Hard to live without

Pill Minder has made a positive difference in my life. It is now a rarity to miss taking meds — even OTC pills like baby aspirin, which can be used as a blood thinner to prevent clots. The app helps the user find the right version of a newly prescribed drug to enable easier loading into the app. It has more than one way to set up a schedule though it cannot easily change that schedule for eye drops pre-cataract surgery for example while maintaining a consistent data history. But on the whole it is an easy to use app that solves a big problem and it enables consistency in timing your medications as well. I would have given the app five stars if only it made archiving medications when resumption may be likely more obvious. The bottom line is that it is incredibly helpful and I use it daily.

  5. 5/5Excellent features

This Pill Reminder is simple to use, and has excellent features. You can take a picture of your pill so you don’t get them mixed up if you’re taking many medication’s. Reminders are great and the alert sounds are pleasant but good enough to wake you up. I would recommend to anyone who has to take a lot of medication’s on various schedules. Keeps you on track.
