  1. 5/5Small town girl in a big city

I’m so grateful to the person who told me to download PIE! As a social person moving to a new big place, I was struggling finding community that felt right. I found myself in place and spaces and didn’t feel authentic to me. Then someone suggested this app and said how it took the pressure off of meeting people because it was just local everyday people creating events for community. Ever since then, I have felt unstoppable! My social calendar is full and I feel so confident and comfortable putting myself in these new setting sometimes alone. This app has really inspired me to get back into Event Operation work because seeing how possible it is to create something meaningful really has me itching to create community events again! Thank you!

  2. 5/5Great app to meet new people

I’ve been in Chicago for two years and have been craving some new things to do and new communities to be a part of! Ever since I’ve joined I’ve gotten the chance to become a part of some really intimate friend groups and have definitely found new people at similar places of life The app itself could use a couple upgrades in terms of features but it’s really easy to use to make and find plans !

  3. 5/5Who needs lists when you can make actual plans?

I’m the person who constantly bookmarks cool events and restaurants on Instagram and then follow through on almost none of it. Pie has been really useful in helping me actually follow through on not just finding cool things, but actually DOING them. The thing I really love, though, are the people I’ve met at Pie plans. It’s been cool to make new friends I would not have had otherwise met.

  4. 4/5Can’t add events to calendar?

I’ve been enjoying the app for the most part, but what happened to the feature allowing us to add events to our calendars? This used to work fine with “Add Events Only” permissions, but now it doesn’t work at all. I’m not going to give Pie full access to my calendar. And not being able to add events from the Pie app makes it really hard to keep track of everything I’ve committed to in a busy schedule. Please fix this feature.

  5. 5/5Seriously the best planning app!!

Pie has made it sooooo much easier to link up with my friends. They are all so annoying to make plans with but now we can easily organize all of our activities like picnics and parties. I really love that people can vote on a date so there’s not a lot of back and forth messages but everyone can still get involved ☺️☺️
