1. 4/5Subscription is Ridiculous

   Listen, i love NewJeans, i love the girls, their personalities, the content and i just love them so much in general. i was SOOOO excited when this first came out and the app is great! it has the cutest style and i love getting to see the calendar and the photo album but i really don’t like the subscription. i'm a minor who makes money, but my parents would definitely not allow me to spend $9.00+ per month to look at pictures of k-pop girls and interact with them 💀. like i get that Ador/Hybe is trying to get extra money and stuff, but they should at least keep the photos, calendar, and live streams free since we can all of those from an outside source except for the livestreams. all other k-pop groups’ livestreams are free on Weverse so why shouldn’t us Bunnies also get to see the girls interact with us? the private messaging part should definitely have a subscription and stuff but in my whole hearted opinion, everything else should be free and accessible to everyone. a mass portion of k-pop fans are minors and most of them can’t buy the subscription since it’s so expensive or that their parents refuse to buy that for them, i wouldn’t mind if the subscription was less than $5.00 but that’s just me. thank you so much for reading through this semi rant, and NewJeans, if you’re reading this, please at least make the calendar and photos free, i love you girls!

2. 4/5Money!

   phoning is a little bad now . But don’t get me wrong it’s still a really fun game not really fun though because everything is locked like you can’t see pictures LIKE PICTURES ! It’s reasonable to lock messages with the girls but PICTURES and I can’t even chat on the calendar . It’s just not fair at all! I really want to support all the girls and stuff but like 8 dollars or something each month! I could do it but I will run out really fast and I don’t have that much money and some people don’t even have enough money to buy it so it’s just not fair for anyone because parents also don’t let kids buy it so it just not ok . But I really want them to change it like to 2$ each month maybe or 5 or maybe just free? like the Company already has a lot of money so it’s just not fair ! if you see this, please lower the subscription THANK YOU

3. 1/5not worth the money

   don’t get me wrong- the apps design is so cute, and matches newjeans’ style so well! i love the girls so much, but it’s wayyy to overpriced! There’s no way I can afford to pay for something like this every month since i’m a minor whos too young to get a job (and no way will my parents pay for it). if you’re a hardcore ot5 stan then go ahead and spend ur money, but i have a bias (dani) and would rather chat with only her for cheaper. most of the people stanning newjns are minors, we can’t pay for this!! plus, you can find everything (like photos and calendar things) online for free and so the only thing you’re paying for is the texting/calling or whatever. Lastly, why should we have to pay to watch NewJeans live when all other HYBE artists lives are free on weverse??? Ador is just trying so steal our money and profit off of NewJeans’ huge popularity. Imo, bubble is a much better app if you want to get your moneys worth. You get discounts there if you want to talk with more than one artist of a group, and most idols are active. NO HATE TO NWJNS JUST SHARING MY OPINION ON PHONING

4. 2/5subscription for almost everything

   i have been a newjeans fan since debut era and when i recently downloaded phoning it said it needed subscription fees for private chats or chats which i don’t mind i support but i don’t get it why they have to put subscription fee for livestreams, photos,notifications,calendars and even podcast. at least keep the podcast and chats subscription fee but why the others!?. on weverse live streaming is free but for bunnies it’s not. i can’t connect with newjeans properly. also i am a minor and my parents are not going to allow me to spend this much money on a app. can you atleast NOT keep the subscription fee for live streams and notifications photos and calendar this is not fair for bunnies who are minors and can’t make that much money. from now on it’s just going to stay in my phone. it says we can connect with newjeans but i can’t when phoning was first released it was so much more better where i actually got to connect with the members but now?….. please do improve this as a bunny i really want to connect with them. from, a minor bunny to, ADOR

5. 4/5Cute App! (room for improvement )

   I love this app! What a fun idea for a group! I had so much fun and I can only imagine how much more fun it would've been if I was younger. It's fun to read the messages and so far it seems the button next to each message translates correctly. Also!!! Terms and conditions, instructions, and other important information are IN ENGLISH! (Which is better than I can say for other apps 👀) The little activities are cute like decorating their album or changing their outfits. The ID card doesn't work for me either which is a little disappointing but I'm sure they're working on those things. I wish looking at the photos was a little different. If it was one continuous scroll it would be nicer but leaving one members "album" and entering anothers just to wait for each photo to load isn't worth it. If you could scroll from side to side to each member and then up and down for their individual photos I think it would be a lot more seamless.

   Tried out the subscription for the first time and it's good! I love the exclusive content. But I have ONE MAJOR ISSUE. I can't use emojis when I type in the comments 💔 Emojis don't appear on my keyboard. Kindly help me fix this issue to help me communicate better!
