4/5Great Functionality, Would Like Future Features
Works well for our business and can often be had at a discount. Being able to have multiple users is vital and has worked well in our experience. Had issues in the beginning with the setup but were resolved through chats. I would say give it a 3 day deploy time for your business or personal use case. Missing features I would like to see added are a better way to block numbers since currently this is done by typing SPAM in the message field but does not work if the number is not configured for inbound messages. They have added features over updated though so would not be surprised to see this soon.

1/5Zero Stars if possible
Here’s how it goes. You see their ad, you pay $100. You get the app, it works great for 14 days. The app gets a red banner on the bottom and stops working. You realize you have to register your number. You do that and pay an additional fee for like $25 plus an annual fee. Stings a little but nothing major. But then NOTHING HAPPENS. They don’t register your number, they don’t respond to support tickets. Your app is just broken. So next time you see an add, you leave a negative comment and AAAAALLLLLL the sudden they are super concerned about your issue. Go figure. They gaslight you that registration takes time. But I have another service I went through the same process with and it took a day (PanTerra) and you tell them. They try the honesty card for a change saying that they over marketed themselves, they make more promises, you calm down and give them another chance… and then you get ghosted again and you leave a negative review. No thank you. Refund please.

5/5Phone2 recommended
I’ve had an excellent experience with Phone2. The service is reliable, easy to use, and delivers exactly what it promises. Setup was straightforward, and everything has worked smoothly without complications. What I appreciate most is the customer support — they respond quickly, are genuinely helpful, and go the extra mile to resolve questions. Phone2 provides great value, and I feel confident recommending it to anyone looking for a dependable service with professional support behind it.

1/5Please fix contacts
This is a 5-star app with one glaring issue: contacts do not resolve in call/chat history unless they are stored in the workspace. My expectation is that I can keep all of my contacts on my device, make calls, and have them resolve to names in call history. If there are other members to the same workspace, the numbers in call history should resolve only if the contacts exist in the workspace or on their own device. Local contacts should take precedence (or, it should be a setting for each member, or at the workspace level, or even the device / app level). If contacts absolutely must be in the workspace for some inexplicable reason, then contact syncing should be a thing. There is a “coming soon” feature to import Google contacts “one way and one time”. This doesn’t seem like a very useful feature for iOS users. It is also not contact syncing.

5/5Awesome Alternate Number For Business!
This service is exactly what we needed for our small business! I love that I can easily update our phone greeting and that the app interface is user-friendly. I needed customer service assistance for a small issue and got a response and resolution in less than 24 hours. There is additional functionality that I'm not currently using, but I'm happy that there are more benefits to take advantage of as my business grows.
