  1. 5/5Scammed me out of $60

I purchased the app with the premise that it would be 4.99 per month like it said. When ready to purchase, and given 3 options-I chose the first purchasing option of $4.99 per month. Only problem was that when I purchased it it charged the full years worth of $60 ( the yearly amount) I immediately deleted it, like I didn’t even have the app more than 5 mins before I looked at the cash app notification (that’s what I used the purchase the app) and realized that I was charged $60- an entire years worth of usage. I immediately went thru the formal refund process of apple customer service at 1AM and was denied. I went thru a review and was told that it was not eligible for a refund. That it doesn’t meet the criteria for a refund. That makes no sense to me. Seems very scammy and the fact that I asked twice for a refund and was told no seems like they thought about the situation and still determined that an app that was misleading in the purchase options had every right to take $60 from my account and no we wound be giving it back. Terrible experience.

  2. 5/5Caught my cheating spouse

I was suspicious that my spouse was cheating, but I had no proof and didn't know what to believe. I decided to take a brave step and use this expert to find out the truth. The experience gave me the clarity I needed when I felt completely lost. Finding out the truth was painful, but I'm grateful I stopped living in doubt. Sometimes, knowing the truth —no matter how difficult-is better than being deceived. This expert "Hacklord04er via gmailcom, on gmail helped me get the answers I needed and gave me the courage to face reality and make decisions about my future. If you're going through something similar, I understand how hard it can be to take that first step. For me, getting the truth was the beginning of taking back control of my life.

  3. 1/5Buyer beware All sales final

They have an all transactions are final policy. And it would seem they make no exceptions. Me and my wife were looking up multiple phone trackers to see if it was for us. We like many other people have the confirm with finger print. Such a transaction can happen very fast. Hasty decisions can and will be made. Our situation, for example: my wife lost her phone and she had me look up multiple apps to try all before morning coffee. On this one I apparently double clicked on the yearly subscription. I tried to cancel that same day and had requested a refund that day. It a was denied. When I had it reviewed and tried to explain the reason, it was still denied. I get that it’s their policy to deny such claims. And I get that it’s technically legal. But it seems dubious to charge a person for a service they have no intention of using. And yes there are other apps that have a more understanding policy that these things can happen, because we are all human and given to error every now and then

  4. 1/5Is never accurate with what the other person’s phone is actually doing most time does not even work

I would like to give it a -0 but I need something that on an occasion might show me something and we paid for this already but anybody else I would not recommend paying for this is kind of the junkies of the junk so just save your money and buy something else. This is completely not really worth it depending on where you live so I am very sad. They also charge you more than once a month so they’re also stealing money from you, but hey, what are you gonna do if Because people are on fires and they’re going on stuff and so you kind of would like to have a better guest than no gas at all for now on this just has to be the sucky one that we have a customer service is really really horrible and I just don’t trust this at all

  5. 1/5Misleading and Deceptive Advertising

I came across this app through a Facebook ad that clearly made it seem like you could look up a phone number and track someone’s location discreetly. That is NOT how this app works at all. When I first downloaded it, it asked for the phone number and acted like it was finding the location. Then I was prompted to pay around $8, which I did. Only after paying did it tell me that the person must give permission and receive a request to join the app. How is that “tracking” at all? The ad strongly implies you can secretly see someone’s location, but instead it sends them a message asking permission, which completely defeats the purpose and is NOT what was advertised.
