We have been hard at work over the past (many) months completely rebuilding Phlow from the ground up to be even easier and fun for you to use. Our goal has always been to continue to push the limits for mobile content creation and we think we have done that with the new workflow we’ve created… INTRODUCING PHLOWSYNC™: A world first! Never before have you been able to go from capture to professionally colored photo straight to Photos App in full RAW non-destructively. No more exporting or duplicate files. Just shoot photos with Phlow and edit them as you normally would. All changes sync back to that photo in Photos App. Simply put, Phlow is your new default camera. This is v1 of 2.0 and we’re already almost finished on some fun new features (coming very soon). Back with another update for the Phlow fam! We're constantly doing our best to make Phlow the best app it can be. This should be fixed, but please let us know if you are still experiencing this bug. Live photos are now much more robust. When you go to edit a live photo that was taken with the native iPhone camera, you will receive an extracted high-resolution frame of the photo (the photo you shot or the key photo you chose). This will be your new editable image within Phlow. Your original live photo isn't touched. What's really cool is that you can now turn HDR on and off for these JPG/HEIC images! • Phlow Raw Quality improvements The PhlowRaw engine got an overhaul and should be looking a lot more crisp and cinematic. For our 1.0 users, you should be getting the same results as you were getting in 1.0! What's up, Phlow fam! We're back with another update. This is an exciting one! We've added Open Gate video recording. This means you can now shoot using the full sensor in 4:3. You can shoot Open Gate HD which is a 1080p version with stabilization or 4K Open Gate without stabilization. These videos look incredible and give you the flexibility to shoot and crop later. We've also fine-tuned some of the app for better performance and squashed some bugs per usual. We hope you enjoy this new video format! Well, well, well... we meet again with another update! This one is a good one! We've been extremely busy behind the scenes making Phlow work faster and more efficiently. What's New: • Full PhlowRAW capture and pipeline overhaul! - We've been fully optimizing and customizing our PhlowRAW pipeline, and it's even better than ever now. You should be getting more consistent results and truly one-click beautiful images. • Fixes for live photos! - Now editing live photos should be working much more smoothly and consistently. Sorry for the delay. • Optimizations for ProRaw shooting! - Pro Raw shooting is now even better, and the image quality is next level. We've customized it to fit the Phlow aesthetic. This is a perfect shooting mode for difficult lighting conditions and dynamic scenes. • Hight-quality swipe view previews! - We were using slightly lower resolution previews before for efficiency, but that's not fun. Phlow photos need to be seen in all their glory at full resolution. • Video Saving overhaul! - Video saving is now much more reliable. • Vignette Tool! - Added a vignette tool for those images where you want to focus in on your subject. • Bug Fixes! - Some of you were experiencing problems with edits solidifying, but those should be resolved now. We're super proud of this update. It takes a lot of time, energy, and work to make something feel seamless and simple to use. We hope you enjoy! PhlowRAW HDR captures the full tonal range of your scene -- then renders it through Phlow's filmic engine, so the brighter areas of your photo hold the detail and life your eyes actually saw, without sacrificing the natural, cinematic look Phlow is known for. The result is something we haven't seen from a phone camera before: true extended dynamic range that still feels like film. We think you're going to love it. And we're just getting started with it. **NEW -- SCENE BRIGHTNESS TOOL** A new editor control to raise or lower the overall brightness of your scene.
