"body": "I resorted to using this app due to a language barrier between my client and I. High hopes and saw great reviews. Unfortunately, It never performed to my expectations. The basic translator is great but, I needed the speech option to work. There clearly was an icon to use but, had no function whatsoever. Proceeded to become a premium member, thinking I’d be able to then use this speech option. No luck, same result. There’s no subscription to cancel, only a $20 “upgrade”. I wrote to the customer service/developer, all I was told was to cancel my subscription; which there isn’t any. I’d honestly appreciate if they’d just compensate my investment.",
