  1. 5/5Good app

Loving the app. Only thing I would add is to be able to choose weeks not just days for a cycle like 12 weeks on and 3 weeks off. Also be able to change dose for different weeks when titrating up or down and be able to choose exact times for dose

  2. 4/5Excellent tool, but doesn’t quite work

I love this app’s calculator and ability to easily determine the number of units equate to my desired dosing. I also like that I can save all my current peptides. It would be 5-stars if the app captured when I administered a dose and kept historical records. It has streaks and reminders but no apparent way to actually record a taken dose.

  3. 5/5User Friendly App

I've been using the Peptide Calculator app for couple months, and honestly, it has totally revolutionized how I handle my daily protocol. The first thing that caught my attention was the notification system; it makes sure I never forget a dose. The soft ping arrives just when I need it, walking that fine line between helpful and annoying. Equally useful is the vial tracking feature, which lets me watch my stock levels in real time. I can see at a glance when I need to reorder, so my routine never gets interrupted because a bottle ran dry. That straightforward inventory tool has turned what used to be guesswork into a tidy, stress-free process. Beyond those highlights, the app remains clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. It strips away all the confusion around dosages and mix ratios, giving me both accuracy and genuine peace of mind. Whether you're new to peptides or simply want a reliable assistant, this app delivers sensible support that keeps you moving forward.

  4. 3/5A lot of problems after the upgrade

After the upgrade, I was kinda forced to pay for premium so i can track more than 3 peptides. Since then, my saved vials would disappear from the list and sometimes it would be locked asking to purchase the subscription when I’ve already paid for it. Today, 3 of my saved vials that I’ve been tracking disappeared again. What a waste of money. Frustrating

  5. 5/5Great App! Missing Protocols

This app is great. I haven’t found one as pleasing and easy to use. This app is lacking a key feature for me (and likely others) though, which is making me seek out another app. I’d love to be able to build protocols and not just vials. People stack. An option to see/buils the stacks & protocols would be great!!

Fixes a critical data-loss bug where app updates could wipe user data, and adds automatic SQLite backups with recovery so it never happens again.

  • 6.6

    - Fixed a critical bug crash that could occur when deleting shot log entries or reordering vials/supplements - Fixed version mismatch across Watch, Widgets, and Messages extensions - Improved stability of list animations throughout the app

  • 6.7

    - Improved data protection: Your data is now automatically backed up and verified before every sync, so nothing gets lost during updates - If a data issue is ever detected, the app will now recover your data instantly from a backup — no restart needed - Added a recovery alert so you'll always know if your data was restored - Increased backup retention for extra safety - Bug fixes and stability improvements

  • 6.8

Added free 1 lab tracking Track your peptides like a pro. Smart calculations Minor fixes

  • 6.9

What's New Data Persistence Fix We identified and fixed an issue where vials and other data could disappear after being added. This was caused by iCloud sync overwriting local data with an empty or outdated cloud state — sometimes within seconds of saving. What changed: - iCloud sync is now automatically paused when a data conflict is detected, preventing the cycle of data loss - Your local data is protected and will no longer be overwritten by an empty iCloud state - Backups and recovery are more reliable - You can check sync status and re-enable iCloud sync anytime in Profile > Settings If you've been affected by disappearing data, your vials should now stay put. We're sorry for the frustration — this one was tricky to pin down but it's locked in now.

  • 7.1

What was fixed: - Vial/supplement limits were being enforced before StoreKit entitlements finished loading - checkEntitlements() resets hasPurchasedRemoveAds = false at the start, then async-iterates through transactions - If the user interacted with the app before the loop completed, the limit defaulted to 1 vial - Fix: All 3 limit-enforcement points now check entitlementsLoaded first and allow access by default until entitlements are confirmed — paying customers are never falsely gated

  • 7.2

Mui-dose supplements — morning + evening schedules now sync to Calendar correctly and the in-app calendar hides each slot as you take it. Data safety — the automatic backup rotation no longer discards good backups when iCloud sync hiccups

  • 7.3

  • 7.8

Version 7.8 — the reliability update we promised. Fixed: vials no longer disappear after app updates The biggest user complaint of 2026. We replaced the iCloud sync that was wiping data on some devices with a reliable file-based system. Updates are now safe. Automatic daily backup to iCloud Drive Your data backs up to iCloud Drive once a day, automatically. Browse the file in Files › iCloud Drive › PeptiCalc. Full backups now include everything Manual export now bundles vials, supplements, shot history, lab panels, weight, wellness journal, achievements, streaks, progress photos and more — not just vials and supplements. Smarter restore Restoring from a backup merges with your current data instead of replacing it. See exactly what's in the backup before you confirm. New "Today" view in My Vials and Supplements A progress ring at the top shows what you've taken today. Tap any chip to jump to that vial. Cleaner calculator Your calculated dose now visually stands out from the inputs. Calmer launch experience The first 3 seconds after opening stay quiet — no piled-up banners or celebrations. New "Celebrations" toggles in Profile › Settings let you mute XP toasts, badge unlocks, streak milestones, or confetti individually. Thanks for sticking with us through the bumpy updates. This one's the fix.

  • 7.9

What's new in 7.9: • Weight tracker overhaul — bigger and more responsive +/- buttons, Save now pinned to the toolbar so it's always reachable, and the calendar picker restored. • Backdate weights from the new calendar button next to quick-log, or tap any row in your weight history to edit weight, date, body fat, or BMI in place. • Reminders that respect your settings — archived, empty, and out-of-stock vials no longer fire dose reminders. Same for deactivated meal and exercise plans. Stuck reminders are cleaned up automatically on launch. • Celebrations toggle now works everywhere — turning off streak milestones, badge unlocks, or confetti silences them across the global streak screen, badge overlays, and XP toasts. • Mid-vial dose math fix — editing your dose mid-cycle now correctly recalculates doses-left from remaining peptide instead of resetting to a fresh-vial count. • Stability: rare launch crash fully resolved via a one-time storage migration. Your original data is preserved as an on-device fallback.

  • 8.0

What's new in 8.0 • HCG, hGH, and any IU-dosed peptide — track in IU directly, no more mg conversions • Pick your real vial size (3 mL up to 30 mL for NAD+ and glutathione) • Watch your vial drain in real time as you log each shot • Smart 3-step protocol wizard — calculate, name, schedule, save • Mira AI suggests new exercises by body part, difficulty, and injury history • "Watch demo" link on every exercise jumps to a YouTube form video • Faster shot logs — body map site picker on the same screen, no more nested menus • Side-by-side plan comparison on the paywall • Mira nudges you to check in if you've been quiet

  • 8.1

What's new in 8.1 (English): URGENT — Critical stability fix for users on 8.0. If your app has been crashing or failing to open, please update right away. Your data is safe. All vials, shot logs, and settings remain intact. Thank you for your patience.

  • 8.4

What's New — English: What's new in 8.4: Start your day at any hour. Pro users now get a "Start day at" pill on the Meals screen. Tap it, pick a time, and every meal slides together — perfect for late mornings, night shifts, or the occasional 2 PM wake-up. Today only; tomorrow's notifications stay on your default schedule. Skip a meal today. Tap the "..." on any meal card and choose "Skip today." The row dims, the notification cancels, and tomorrow's reminder fires normally. Free tier active vial picker. The unlocked vial on Calendar and My Stuff now matches up — the active one always sits on top. Tap a locked card to switch your active vial without going through the paywall. Redesigned Medical Waiver. The disclaimer is now a clear, sectioned waiver covering research use, AI features, in-app promotions, device access, subscriptions, and your data. Every user re-accepts once on this update so we're all on the same page. Reliability and polish. Type-check fixes in Supplements, smoother active-item switching, and faster meal-card rendering on Calendar.

  • 8.5

What's new in 8.5: Nasal spray protocols (Pro). The dose calculator now starts with "How are you taking it?" — pick Vial or Nasal Spray. Pick Nasal Spray and the whole wizard adapts: bottle size, spray volume per actuation, sprays per dose. The result tells you exactly how many sprays per dose, how many doses your bottle holds, and concentration per spray. Save it, track it, get reminders for it — same flow as injection vials, but right for PT-141, Selank, Semax, oxytocin, and other intranasal peptides. Pro-tier vial integrity fix. Previously, free-tier users with multiple vials could swap which one was "active" indefinitely and bypass the single-vial limit. v8.5 closes this loophole: locked vials and supplements now route directly to the upgrade screen. Existing free-tier users keep their original active vial untouched. Smarter dose wizard. Each step now reads correctly per delivery method — "Save Nasal Spray" not "Save Vial," "Cycle doses" not "Total shots," "Bottles for Cycle" not "Vials for Cycle." The Protocol share card branches the same way. Stale meal reminder fix. Meal notifications from yesterday no longer fire today — the schedule rebuilds on every app foreground so deleted foods stop pinging. Polish. Animated liquid-fill bottle hero on nasal vial detail. Faster dosing math for nasal protocols. Type-safe label updates across the calculator.

  • 8.6

What's new in 8.6: Live Order Tracking. Your peptide order now appears as a Live Activity on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. The tile updates the moment the package ships, goes out for delivery, or arrives — with a live countdown timer when delivery is in flight. Tap the tile to jump straight to order details. Calendar-based meal and exercise plans. Plans now anchor every item to a specific calendar date instead of recurring every week. Snap a meal on Tuesday and it stays on Tuesday — it doesn't reappear next Tuesday. The Calendar tab now also shows your meals and workouts for any day you tap. Save Vial fix. Resolves a bug where saving a blend vial (KLOW stacks, multi-peptide protocols) failed silently with a generic SwiftData error. Blends now save reliably end-to-end. Polish. Day picker in the Meal Plan now shows the actual calendar date alongside the weekday name (no more guessing which Sunday "Sunday" means). Better diagnostic messages when a save fails.

  • 8.7

What's New - Habit-first weight tracker — strict daily streak with anticipation reveal on first log - Today's view now shows a weight pulse and habit-streak pulse next to your doses, both tappable - 90-day trend chart with peptide-cycle overlay so you can see weight against your active stack - Progress photo timeline with auto before-and-after pairing of your oldest and newest shots - Shareable progress card with QR code, 90-day chart, and weekly insights - Recomp detection — flags when weight stays flat but body fat drops - Cycle-aware trend correction for women — subtracts the typical water swing - Female users only

  • 8.8

What's New — English: Guided meal & exercise plans built around your peptide protocol, goals, and schedule Your plan's meals now log to your diary with a single tap Add foods you'd rather avoid and we'll keep them out of every plan Your plans are backed up, so they're ready on a new device A clearer goal projection and a smoother, faster setup

  • 8.9

What's new in 8.9: Intermittent Fasting. Track your fasting window without leaving the app — find it under Profile → Intermittent Fasting. A big hero ring counts your fast and walks you through each metabolic stage (Fed, Settling, Fat Burning, Ketosis, Autophagy, Deep Repair and beyond) with a plain-English note on what's happening in your body. Pick any protocol — 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, or extended 24h / 48h / 72h fasts and a custom length up to 7 days — and mark it as water, juice, bone broth, or intermittent. A Live Activity keeps your elapsed time and current stage on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, with stage and goal notifications as you cross each milestone. Forgot to start it? Edit the start time and everything recalculates. Every finished fast is saved to a full history with edit and delete, plus charts for streaks, total hours, average length, completion rate, and a protocol/type breakdown. New Fasting widget + a redesign of every widget. There's a brand-new Fasting Timer widget for your Home Screen and Lock Screen with a live count-up timer, progress toward your goal, and your current metabolic stage. And the whole widget family — Next Dose, Streak, Water, Vials, Weekly Stats, Meals, and Workouts — was rebuilt with a cohesive dark "Velvet Glass" look that matches the app, with deep velvet gradients, aurora accents, and cleaner typography. No more mismatched colors. Redesigned injection site map. Recording where you injected is far clearer now. Front and back anatomical body figures replace the old abstract map, with male and female figures to choose from, in a larger, zoomed layout that's easy to read and tap. Mark supplements as taken. Supplements now work just like your vials — log a dose straight from the Supplements list with one tap, and the list uses the same sorting controls as your vials. Your own calorie & macro goals. A new Calorie & Macro Goals screen (Profile → Calorie & Macro Goals) lets you set your daily calorie target and your carbs / protein / fat split — and your food diary tracks against it. You can also adjust your macros right from the diary. Lab reminders, refreshed. The lab reminder screens got a calmer, cleaner redesign — a live countdown to your next panel, one-tap scheduling, and quick booking with your lab provider. Reliability & performance. Smoother scrolling and tap response across busy screens, and a round of fixes for data that's shared between the app and its widgets.

  • 8.9.1 · 24 Jul 2026

What's new in 8.9.1: Your rotation history is back on the map. When you log a dose from the vials list, the injection site map now highlights everywhere you've injected — color-coded by how recently you used each spot — so you can rotate with confidence again.
