"body": "For the second year in a row, users are told to change/update the app just before football season and it’s mobile ticketing requirement begins. In my case, the app suddenly became unable to load my tickets to the phone wallet. Ticketmaster requires Face ID, which gets a check mark for having done so followed by the error dialogue box indicating failure—and no one seems able to help. This is a key function that needs to work. Otherwise, it’s like having a watch with hands that never move, only worse by not even being right twice a day. Fix it or dump it Penn State.",

I think it’s a disgrace college has done to Journal. "body": "If you try to open any of the news articles, it causes the app to crash and close. If you ask the virtual assistant a question about this app problem, the bot instructs you to download the very app you are currently using to chat with the bot. If you try to get app support, you are shown a “page not found” error. The problem wasn’t in the prior version, so hopefully the developers can undo their latest work to fix this.",

"body": "I can’t even get the app to open anymore. It just sits on the Lion head screen forever. If it does open, it crashes when trying to click on any link in the schedule. It is also super annoying to have to scroll through to the current date to see what teams are playing. The schedule opens to tomorrow instead of today.",
