"body": "I tried to pay my health care bills using my HSA credit card, only to see that I would be charged a fee to do so, since the provider was not signed up. I then went through the steps to add my banking institution, and the app would not allow me to add my HSA banking account, did not recognize the institution’s name. After all this time, I am unable to use the app without being charged fees, which is prohibitive to ask the payor/user to incur.",

"body": "There should be a way to enter the provider info ONCE and then be able to make subsequent payments without having to add in ALL the information every month. It *says* I can use one of my previous providers but when I try to actually use it it gives errors, and the error’s endlessly loop without clear instructions on what is wrong or how to fix it. The app just seems needlessly awkward and cumbersome, like it was poorly programmed.",

"body": "Have tried manually inputting the bill and taking photo to input neither will work to verify the address so it won’t allow the bill to be paid . Unfortunately the company I am paying ONLY uses this app so payments have to be paid in cash in person since the app doesn’t work.",
