"body": "I had started using this app to save my upcoming trip to Western Canada. After the update my app data for the trip disappeared, I can’t favorite parks anymore, and I can’t save my trip offline. I like the content but it is a bit slow to load certain pages. It seems like this is now an app viewer for web content. My understanding is that some parks have limited cellular so having an organized trip with offline content would have been very useful. I will need to rely on ebooks and other apps now to reference my trip.",

Why would a public agency not allow us to just get information about our parks system that we have paid for? Could not get past this requirement to use any desired app features.
