"body": "The app (just like the employees) experience technical issues that I thought was just a fluke until I realized that too many others could relate. Parking in downtown dirty Albany should not be a chore for employees or visitors- but apparently, it’s intentional. You could pay at the meter with coins, if no receipt TAKE A PICTURE! You will likely get a ticket. App issues after trying to pay for parking, take screen grabs as proof. You will likely get a ticket. Eventually, I realized that calling to speak directly with the office is solely to misinform customers. They will lie to you and not even try to be friendly. Bottom line, Albany Parking will steal from you and as much as possible, every time - just like a faithful New Yorker.",

"body": "Nice to not have to keep running out to the meter, but they start the clock before you even finishing setting up your parking session. Also, the lock out period from the app if you miss the alert of your session ending is shady. They lock you out from adding time back on if your session runs out making it more likely to get a ticket between the time you either are able to load time back onto your parked car through the app or get out there to physically use the parking meter machines.",

"body": "The first few times we used the app we loved it, because it made it easy to pay for parking. But now the app keeps saying “Network Error. Please Try Again” … and hours later it’s still not working (it’s clearly the app’s “network” because I have a 300 Mbps connection on the cell phone and all other apps working fine).",
