My kids would be using their gadgets 5mins ago and then suddenly after a bit of lull time, the app says their gadgets are unresponsive. if it does work, even during locked mode, my kids are still able to glitch and watch youtube and screenshots will not be provided. the app also gets stuck in a certain mode and doesn't update. causes my kids and us a lot of stress. will not be subscribing after this whole year ends. tech support is poor. just ask to uninstall.",

"body": "absolutely the best app ever to exist! after i put controlled my kids app she starts to get a new hobby! she collects very sharp things and she always covers her legs and arms for some reason.. anyways! i monitor her 24/7, she got mad at me bcs of it but i dont care, then she proceeds to yell at me so i take away her phone but after that she didnt come out of her room for 9 hours.. the room smells rotten from outside...im stilwaiting",

"body": "The monitoring is great, however im finding the schedules and daily limits difficult. I can't limit certain apps without having a device limit on. I'm finding it very difficult to replicate the set-up i had on family link, so its like I need 2 apps. support were not helpful in assisting with set up options, maybe there is a way but I could nt figure it out. Also. texting and calling to all numbers is still accessible when sleep schedule is on. not ideal.",
