5/5A better use of time…
Though I do not yet know the intricacies and nuances of this program, the time I’ve spent with it has encouraged me and otherwise convinced me to upgrade to really start using it regularly and also learning from it. I find that I communicate reasonably well in writing if I’ve taken the time to check it over and rewrite it at least once. All too often I find myself trying to edit as I go and in fact losing the type of focus it takes to compose and present a decent thought in text. I’m looking forward to this very cool app helping me stay in the moment and better convey my messages- time spent more wisely.

1/5Dishonest as the day is long.
RUN RUN RUN… please read entire review!!!! Don’t trust their ‘free’ preview because they charge you as soon as you sign up and don’t wait for the preview period to lapse. I cancelled within 2 days because the app didn’t meet my needs. When I got my credit card bill I was surprised to see I was charged the very first day, not after any free trial. I messaged them to dispute the charge and sent screenshots of the charge and received NO RESPONSE. Their auto mated reply said I should receive a response within 3 business days. I patiently waited heard nothing, charge hadn’t been refunded, at the 30 day mark I filed a dispute with my credit card and about 10 days later I finally got a response asking me to withdraw my dispute and offering me a free year. Why would I cancel my dispute? Just refund my money and a dispute would never have been filed. Update: Yes they finally refunded after disputing with my credit card BUT HERE WE ARE IN FEBRUARY AND THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. I cannot express my disappointment at this company’s lack of integrity.

1/5Save Your Money and Time - Abysmal Support!
I regretfully purchased the annual subscription for Paragraph AI, having been lured in by their enticing features and promises. However, the experience so far has been nothing short of a nightmare. After paying a hefty sum of $160 for the annual subscription, I was appalled to find that the app continuously prompts me to upgrade and verify my email, despite having already done both! I have been patient and attempted to resolve this issue through multiple channels, but the result has been an infuriating exercise in futility. In a desperate attempt to get assistance, I've emailed their support team and even reached out to their CEO (twice!). I didn't stop there - I sent them messages on Instagram too, hoping that someone, anyone, would come to my aid. But alas, it has been over a week now, and I have yet to hear so much as a peep from their end. The complete lack of response and support from Paragraph AI is an absolute travesty, especially given the price I paid for this service. I'm left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and quite frankly, ripped off. So, if you're considering investing in Paragraph AI, think twice. Unless you want to throw your money at an app with a non-existent support system, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. You'll save yourself time, money, and a world of frustration. 1/5 stars.

5/5Title: Exceptional Customer Service and Application Experience at ParagraphAi
I initially had concerns about my experience with ParagraphAI's customer service, but I am delighted to report that all issues have been resolved to my complete satisfaction. My journey began on February 19, 2024, when I encountered an issue with my pro version subscription. Despite paying for unlimited access, I was regularly notified that I had reached my daily limit of tasks. Naturally, I was frustrated and reached out to the customer service team immediately. There was a brief delay in their response, which added to my initial frustration. However, as it turned out, the team was temporarily out of the office, which explained the delay. Once back, the customer service team was quick to respond to my emails. The team was professional, understanding, and committed to resolving my issue promptly. They reached out to me several times to ensure my problem was fully resolved, demonstrating their dedication to providing an excellent customer experience. In my moment of frustration, I had accidentally deactivated my account. But with their assistance, I was able to regain access swiftly. I am genuinely grateful for their tireless support and their commitment to rectify the situation. I am now happily using the pro version without any issues. The application is running smoothly, and I can complete unlimited tasks daily. The service I receive now is worth every penny of the subscription fee. Despite the initial hiccup, I am now more than satisfied with my experience with ParagraphAI. The dedication to customer satisfaction and the efficiency of their service is commendable. I would highly recommend ParagraphAI to anyone in need of a reliable and effective AI writing platform. I want to thank the team at ParagraphAI for their exceptional customer service and their commitment to ensuring that my experience with their platform is nothing short of excellent.

4/5SAVE INPUTS/OUTPUTS! Great app, needs some UI improvements
As other reviewers pointed out, this is a great app for the ChatGPT interface and templates, and the keyboard functionality is a useful addition. Area of improvement: I’ve lost two rather long prompts already because, a) there’s no prompt history function, and b) in-app generation outputs also aren’t automatically saved. (Minor tangent: the prompt you write that triggers a “make account” reminder is also lost.) It’s not deal-breaking, but since you don’t know that going in, it can be extremely frustrating to lose prompts and outputs considering the free user limit means you want to spend time very carefully detailing each of them.
