"body": "Overall the UI is decent and straightforward, however the notification options seem broken as I keep seeing “An unknown error has occurred” when I try to change my notification preferences in the app. Also, arrival times for the busses are way off— sometimes by a half hour or more. On several occasions the app has said my ride was arriving in two minutes when the bus was 45 minutes out.",

"body": "Can’t zoom in and I’m vision inspired (why I take the bus). I can see but can’t see great to see it and struggle and need to the zoom app too now. Also the bus isn’t accurate with the time frame. It could 27 min away and not kidding when I say, 2 min later the driver shows up.",

"body": "I have been riding palm tran for 2 years and I have problems and please fix it first the app is broken just today the bus will come in 6:50 in stead it came in 20 minutes earlier when I’m unprepared and second it takes me to long for me to get home because I get on from a school and when I come in there are kids that live the opposite direction of the house that take long to get home so please do better",
