  1. 5/5General Health Oversight Made Simple

I am a very well diversed tech guy. Whether it being home networking, smart home and now health & fitness technology including wearables; I see Pace Health as a very easy to understand health metrics app. Afterall; it utilizes your own personal tech you already have in both your Apple Watch and its associated Apple iPhone, to record top level health metrics. Pace takes the technology that is already available with your Apple Watch and breaks down further information for which Apple Health does not do, at least at present. With the undesired acts of our illicit government controlled health care system, it is up to each of us to be solely accountable and proactive in our own health and not reliant on health insurance companies and drug cartels like big pharma to tell us their scare tactics in order for their poisons to get into us. Pace by Athlytic is the second step in gaining control of your health. The first; buying a Apple Watch and connecting it to Apple Health. If you want a deeper dive into your health, try the Athlytic app itself.

  2. 2/5Not enough for a stand alone app

This would be much better if added to Athlytic . There are quite a few free apps that provide as much and some even more information than this does. Great idea but just not sure if it's worth it for a membership.

  3. 1/5Needs work - don’t purchase yet

Keeps sending notifications that a weekly report is ready to view but there’s no actual place to view the report. App needed a lot more work before taking people’s money.

  4. 5/5PACE, smart app with lot’s of potential!

PACE UI is great! Easy to use, easy to understand and it points you to critical information quickly. It comes with AI interactive capabilities built on Apple Intelligence. And, it is well positioned to leverage the new Apple Intelligence capabilities that are expected later this year.

  5. 4/5AI is Wrong and no way to correct

So there is no way to contact the engine other than this, to correct wrong assessments. Or correct the course of recommendations. Seems short sighted or lack of support. I’ll keep people posted how it works out. The AI will refuse to correct actions and recommendations which seems really lame.

Fixed a bug that prevented subscriptions from loading! Sorry about that and thank you for your patience! A few other fixes and optimizations. Welcome to Pace! Gary

  • 1.2

Sleep Duration has been unlocked in the free version. Added nap detection which should also fix some bugs in Sleep Consistency and Sleep Duration. Fixed an issue where some features might show as locked even though the subscription is active. Thanks! Gary

  • 1.3

Added support for wheel chair users. Thank you for this request and please let me know how it's working! Added Awake Time as additional metric tracked. Added a FAQ and Help & Support Portal in Settings. Fixed an issue where concern cards might show on the home screen if metrics are not recent, e.g. Cardio Fitness. Added ability to hide concern cards for certain metrics that don't happen as frequently, e.g. low Cardio Fitness from a recent workout or a fall detected. Fixed an issue where Sleeping HR might not look correct for some users. Also added Family Sharing! A few other small bug fixes and optimizations. Thanks! Gary

A Pace iPhone Widget! Available in small, medium or large and mimics the core mission statement of Pace's home screen: only surface what health information you need to know! Added a new Morning Report notification. Pace is now aware of travel. In other words, if you've traveled into a drastically different time zone and your sleep or vitals are off, Pace will acknowledge the potential effect of the travel. Wheelchair users should now get pushes instead of steps in the weekly notification. Some updates and improvements to Health Patterns. Wheelchair users can now reorder their Your Metrics sections without Mobility appearing in the Customize sheet. Previously dragging Mobility had no visible effect because the section is intentionally hidden from the main view for wheelchair users. Fixed an issue where Celsius preference might not be respected in Health Patterns. A few other small bug fixes and optimizations. Thanks! Gary

  • 1.4.1

Added the ability to hide certain metrics under Your Metrics section as well as ability to hide entire categories e.g. Body Composition. This can easily be restored by hitting the Reset to Default button at the bottom. Added UK and Custom unit presets in Settings, so you can pick Celsius for temperature, miles for distance, or any mix in between. Fixed an issue where the widget might not show as much text as it has room to show. Cleaned up the Health Patterns section a little. For wheelchair users we now auto hide Stand Hours in Your Metrics. A few other small bug fixes and optimizations. Thanks! Gary

  • 1.4.2

Fixed an issue where Cardio Fitness concerns might show on the home page even after dismissal. Fixed an issue where the widgets might say sleep data missing if you haven't opened the app yet. A few other small bug fixes and optimizations. Thanks! Gary

  • 1.4.3

Every chart under Your Metrics now has the option to see 6 months and 1 year of data, in addition to 60 days. Fixed an issue where some users may not be seeing Health Patterns. A few other small bug fixes and optimizations. Thanks! Gary

  • 1.4.4

Travel Recovery Profile in Health Patterns. Pace now detects your trips automatically, recognizes when you've arrived somewhere new or returned home, and learns how your body responds to time-zone shifts over time. After a few trips, personal patterns surface like how your first night home compares to baseline and how long your HRV takes to normalize. The dashboard, widget, morning report, and Ask Pace now factor active travel into their interpretation. Pace's travel awareness has been improved. A few other small bug fixes and optimizations. Thanks! Gary

  • 1.4.5 · 2 Jul 2026

Quick update: Fixed a coaching bug where a morning workout could be incorrectly blamed for changes in your overnight metrics, like sleeping heart rate, that were measured before the workout happened. Thanks! Gary
