as a host, this app will steal your money with sudden charges from your rentals by charging random signature fees for 50 dollars that were not listed before the rental or during but at payout it deducts random charges. the customer service is terrible to get any help. glad my RV wasn't damaged, cant imagine how much of a hassle it would be to get any type of help.

I was hopeful as the login process seemed to be reliable for a short time. Again, got into a frustrating login loop and was locked out of my account for several days, unable to complete the check-out/check-in process. The Google login process seems to be buggy and I don't see a need for the 2FA on top of that. Support advised I log out of Google on my devices. Removing Outdoorsy from my google account and clearing Android System WebView cache worked for my phone, but tablet still locked out.

refuses to connect my camera to add my license. pretty bs to be stopped in the process on the last step. will update review if something is fixed.

Rented our camper for the 1st time last weekend. It was returned unclean, black tank full, the plug to the tow vehicle mangled needing replacement and some trim and a light ok the roof was damaged. Total charges from the shop $350. I walked through the process in the app, it does not tell you the host that YOU do nothing basically and wait for the renters insurance policy to decide if they will pay. They have a $500 deposit on hold for damages now from the renter!

Complete trash. You can't even upload photos during check out. edit: reinstalled and no improvement. The "take photos" button does nothing.
