Jack was a Good Helpful Mate, he was polite & Respectful when welcoming us in. A place Well centered near The Train Station Is a place where it should be, this place was a Classic Place To stay the nights. It felt like we lived in the 1950’s once we walked out the doors thru The streets. The inside in nicely Put together & it’s all Clean. The bed & Couch are comfy & The shower water is Cold & Warm. Took a Cold shower to test my Own Resistance of the euro water temp. 😆The kitchen has many supplies for all the cooking Ideas you have. As well as plates & Glass Cups. And all the utensils From ikea©️the Toilet is Clean & Well Maintained The wifi Works very Good. We enjoyed our stay. Recommending this to many of our friends & acquaintances. Next year we’ll stay longer like 1 week in London.

Their customer service is a joke - if you book a changeable flight you’ll never actually be able to change it. Here’s how it went: - booked a change-able flight for an extra fee - on the same day of booking, I realize I had to change the flight to a different day. I chose the flight and submitted the request - about a week later (less than a week before the new flight date) they email me saying they’ve tried to contact me via phone to confirm the request but couldn’t reach me (which isn’t true, I had 0 missed calls). The email says to call their customer service to resolve this, but the customer service guy CANT CHANGE MY FLIGHT (Btw - this is sent from a no-reply email so I can’t respond on email either). - i wait 2 days for them to call me directly to confirm the new flights but then they email me saying they couldn’t reach me (which is not true, neither me or my gf with a secondary number was called at all). - so now im stuck with the original flight and can’t possibly change it, even though i paid extra to be able to change the flight (no hope of a refund there). Oh and good luck trying to chat with their AI support agent, it’s also useless 🤣 After this trip I’m deleting this app and never using Opodo to book another trip 🙃

Please don’t use this service and app. I’m not a bot as a lot of comments here. You never receive you money back if you canceled your flight. It’s already many months they are lie to me. By the email and by the online support. Every time they answered at the same questions all different. Last time they sent a confirmation that I will receive a refund in the next 7-10 working days. But today as before they said (3rd time already) we will ask a request. Again and again. And what I see. The status of my request as at the first day many months ago. From now I started company against them and asking to join who has the same problem. I know already enough of people with the same problem with this bad service. Also I collect enough information from them to prove that they are liars. Be careful take care. DONT USE THIS SERVICE AND APP.

- Worst customer support, don’t buy this if you think having access to an agent will help you resolve anything, they don’t even let you speak. Take you around in circles and then don’t actually resolve anything. Gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem instead of listening and trying to understand. - They promise to refund flight cancellations. The airline canceled my flight, I only got a refund on one of the 2 tickets. - No way of changing your name or email address and they randomly choose which of the fliers is the main member. In my case, they made my child the account holder and I somehow didn’t get included. So my tickets were not part of the membership benefits even though I purchased Prime + which should have covered up to 9 people (and they kept telling me that on the phone, but not doing anything about reversing the issue for flights I purchased for myself and not my young child who was randomly chosen as the prime + membership holder 🤦🏼‍♀️) - Flights don’t always show up in “My Trips” you have to keep messing with the app And there are a million other issues. The app works very slowly. It’s a horrible service. Don’t complicate an already complicated process of purchasing flights.

CAUTION. The Opodo app makes it difficult to protect your privacy. It forces you thru multiple screens where you have to de-select several vendors they sell your data to with more screens for different purposes. The toggle switch does not work well, requiring multiple attempts. Then, at the end, it has a trick screen with an accept all or reject all button placed in a way that would cause many people to lose the privacy settings they just worked so hard to set. The app does not offer a way to check or change privacy. The webpage requires a new setting each and every time you use it. CAUTION. Edited to add, thank you for sending me 5 notices telling me of your response. Yes I have read it and no, I do not wish to change my review. It remains an accurate reflection of my experience.

the worst travel experience of my life. Made a booking of which I did received the confirmation that the flight will depart at 0745. less than 12 hours before the flight departure I received a notification from Opodo stating that my flight has been delayed by over 2hrs and it wil now depart at 10:00 am. when to the airport at 07:50 am, only to to be told that your flight is leaving now. and it was only delayed by 5 minutes. instead of owning up their mistake for sending wrong and misleading ,

I found this website a lot cheaper than anywhere else. However, they should specify that additional charges will be added to the price, although it's cheaper, it was still more than the initial price.

Don't do the membership, it is a trap. All they want is to scam you and get your money. It is not a serious company making money honestly, selling tickets. They just want lure you into their conditions, so they can keep your money. In my case the customer service would speak to quick and strong accent that I could not understand the whole deal I was making. At the end, when I tried do exchange my membership for a voucher, it had to be spent in a huge value I could not pay.

Here’s how it went: - booked a change-able flight for an extra fee - on the same day of booking, I realize I had to change the flight to a different day. I chose the flight and submitted the request - about a week later (less than a week before the new flight date) they email me saying they’ve tried to contact me via phone to confirm the request but couldn’t reach me (which isn’t true, I had 0 missed calls). The email says to call their customer service to resolve this, but the customer service guy CANT CHANGE MY FLIGHT (Btw - this is sent from a no-reply email so I can’t respond on email either). - i wait 2 days for them to call me directly to confirm the new flights but then they email me saying they couldn’t reach me (which is not true, neither me or my gf with a secondary number was called at all). - so now im stuck with the original flight and can’t possibly change it, even though i paid extra to be able to change the flight (no hope of a refund there). Oh and good luck trying to chat with their AI support agent, it’s also useless 🤣 After this trip I’m deleting this app and never using Opodo to book another trip 🙃",

It’s already many months they are lie to me. By the email and by the online support. Every time they answered at the same questions all different. Last time they sent a confirmation that I will receive a refund in the next 7-10 working days. But today as before they said (3rd time already) we will ask a request. Again and again. And what I see. The status of my request as at the first day many months ago. From now I started company against them and asking to join who has the same problem. I know already enough of people with the same problem with this bad service. Also I collect enough information from them to prove that they are liars. Be careful take care.           "body": "- Worst customer support, don’t buy this if you think having access to an agent will help you resolve anything, they don’t even let you speak. Take you around in circles and then don’t actually resolve anything. Gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem instead of listening and trying to understand. - They promise to refund flight cancellations. The airline canceled my flight, I only got a refund on one of the 2 tickets. - No way of changing your name or email address and they randomly choose which of the fliers is the main member. In my case, they made my child the account holder and I somehow didn’t get included. So my tickets were not part of the membership benefits even though I purchased Prime + which should have covered up to 9 people (and they kept telling me that on the phone, but not doing anything about reversing the issue for flights I purchased for myself and not my young child who was randomly chosen as the prime + membership holder 🤦🏼‍♀️) - Flights don’t always show up in “My Trips” you have to keep messing with the app And there are a million other issues. The app works very slowly. It’s a horrible service. Don’t complicate an already complicated process of purchasing flights.",

It forces you thru multiple screens where you have to de-select several vendors they sell your data to with more screens for different purposes. The toggle switch does not work well, requiring multiple attempts. Then, at the end, it has a trick screen with an accept all or reject all button placed in a way that would cause many people to lose the privacy settings they just worked so hard to set. The app does not offer a way to check or change privacy. The webpage requires a new setting each and every time you use it. CAUTION. Edited to add, thank you for sending me 5 notices telling me of your response. Yes I have read it and no, I do not wish to change my review. It remains an accurate reflection of my experience.",

They just want lure you into their conditions, so they can keep your money. In my case the customer service would speak to quick and strong accent that I could not understand the whole deal I was making. At the end, when I tried do exchange my membership for a voucher, it had to be spent in a huge value I could not pay.",
