3/5App ok - BUT doesn’t match pictures
So the pictures of how the app should look - which seems like a REALLY nice layout - on the Neorhythm website and in the App Store do NOT match the actual app. My actual app is not laid out / formatted in a way that is nearly as nice as the pictures advertise. For example, the descriptions and pictures for the different types of predefined programs are in a separate section of the app, whereas it would be nice if the pictures of where to place the Neorhythm band were in the same section as where you select a program (as shown on their website and in the App Store). Also, I am unable to see a log of the sessions that I’ve completed, as also shown on their website and on the App Store. Why are there so many differences between how it is advertised vs what is actual in the app?

2/5Device amazing, App not so much
I get so frustrated with the app mostly because of the connectivity issues. Every time you open the app, you have to connect to the device. So I will start an hour long program, leave the app open on my phone, go to different apps, etc. Then when going back to the app, I have to connect again. My current program pops up, but the timer sometimes shows that the time started when I re-connected to the app. I don’t look at history very often, but when I do, it makes me wonder if it’s inaccurate or if my device is turning off randomly without me knowing. I honestly think the log is wrong because one position I use often has the coils near my ears, and I can hear the device working. But my history shows literally dozens of sessions that are between one and seven minutes. Another thing I wish were possible on the app is to add magnetic flux density to the custom programs. I found some great protocols on omnipemf’s website, but I can’t accurately save them in the app. That’s not a huge deal, but it would be nice! 🤷♀️

4/5App works as described, it is intentionally simple.
The app functions as it should and there is the information you need to select and understand the programs and load them to the device. You can easily choose different durations for each program, which vary by program type. Other reviewers mentioned the settings are grayed out, this is true until you actually connect the device (obviously you can’t change the settings on the device if you haven’t connected it yet). There is no reason why this app would erroneously drain your battery, especially because you can choose to drop the Bluetooth link to the device by unchecking the “stimulation status” setting. This makes the device autonomous of your phone while doing a stimulation. I am not a paid reviewer. I just received my NeoRhythm and am using it right now. No review yet on petential benefits but the app is a-okay, If intentionally simple.

1/5App is very incomplete and hard to use
It’s hard to go back and forth between the recommended frequencies and the Custom program and Sequences. The recommended programs make mention of the frequencies but not the MTs. The FAQ drop down arrow expands the answer but cuts off parts of the answer that can not be further expanded to be able to actually get an answer. The instructions on the website say there is a part where you login, but that part does not come up. Basically a lot of discrepancies between directions and the actual app in addition to the app being hard to manage and understand. The app has a clean look but is not user friendly like they advertise it to be. It’s honestly been a struggle to get started and considering the high price, I am considering returning the product all together. I will test the actual efficacy OD the product even-though my experience is already bad with the app and see if it really helps. The poly thought out app makes me skeptical about the actual purpose of the NeoRythm.

5/5Great product!
This device works wonders! Anyone that says differently expects instant miracles. It doesn’t make you a new person after one use— but it does amazing things! It put me to sleep the first time I used it. And I have horrible insomnia. Just be very careful and use the low setting when you first use it because it is a powerful device. It won’t hurt you on the high setting, but it might make you feel a little overwhelmed. But that just proves that it is working. The battery stays charged for so long! This app is required to use a device, and this app works great. I have had no problems with it, and you can customize your own settings, this product is a lifesaver
