SHORT FORM VIDEO IS HERE! You can now capture, upload, and share full HD video with the Octopii app! Get to capturing IRL videos or uploading favorites from your photo roll! We've also added the following massive upgrades: + Following — Enjoying someone's public posts? Head over to their profile and tap that follow button to get notifications each time they post! (Assuming they have activity privacy turned off!) + Followers — Want to share something to your followers without posting it on the map? Well you can now make Private Posts to your followers! They'll be able to interact with you through private comment threads (which of course can have additional friends added at any time!) + Reaction Lists — You can now view a list of each reaction your post received! Just tap the reaction bar! If it's a private post you'll be able to see the name of each friend along with their reaction of choice. If it's a public posts you'll be able to see the whole and complete list and total count of each reaction type. + Notification dots for new Private Posts from your friends! If a friend has made a new post, you'll immediately know it by the red dot on the "Private" feed tab. + User Search is here! No more needing each others phone numbers (as long as one of you has enabled discoverability by username!) + Friend invite deep links are here! For those of you enjoying not being visible on the platform, just sent an SMS message to your friend with the link and it will either open the app to show the invite, or take them to the App Store to install the app — after logging in they'll be greeted with your invitation! + Red Dot for pending Friend Invites — a red dot will appear on the audience manager tab and the friend list icon to make sure you don't miss an invite! + Private Post permissions are upgraded to provide next-level security and peace of mind! This version marks the end Octopii's Beta and the beginning of Octopii's general audience release! We thank all of our Beta users for testing and making sure Octopii is ready for the world!
