"body": "apps are supposed to make things easier. Being a mobile app product manager, this app is lacking basic features. Can’t book all activities in the app, have to email and once booked they don’t go on the app. Other activities you can’t book at all until on site. Some things are preselected by the resort. Doesn’t allow you to change the date/time. You have to cancel and try to rebook. Can’t book spa services via app either. So a lot is missing to be a hotel/resort app. It would be nice to be able to select your room OR talk to other guests in your group via the app. Might be too advanced for them right now…ehhh🤷🏽♀️",
