1. 5/5Great cameras on a great app!

   I love the way this platform gives you so many options , even if you choose to use SD cards instead of paying for the cloud storage. They put customization to the max, weather it be in the app or setting for the camera to do if it detects motion or sounds, such as playing a recording telling someone they have entered a restricted area and need to leave, make barking sounds to frighten an intruder into thinking you have large dogs or to alert your actual large dogs to get into protection mode! But you also have the option to have it welcome your guest or to turn on a spotlight that will brighten up the area, providing perfect color recordings regardless of the time of day! The app allows you to see multiple camera views at the same time or display them in any order you like. Definitely glad I found these products!

2. 1/5Scam all the way

   This is 100% a scam. You cannot keep the camera connected. It does not come with clear instructions. And even if you activate the seven day free trial, you can’t activate it unless you buy the yearly subscription and even when you buy the yearly subscription you can’t get it because you have to keep adding, which makes you buy another yearly subscription. This is just to drain your bank account. These people are not there as customer service to help you. This is a Chinese scam. Not to mention there is absolutely no way to contact anybody look at it. It gives you no contact information whatsoever so you don’t even have to get into what I got into and lose all the money that I’ve lost. You can look down there and see that you have nocontact information for anybody in anyway shape form or fashion. This is the worst thing and I am going to report them and I’m going to have someone arrested over this because they reached a $500 minimum withdrawal on my account so now this is a felony interstate crime.

   Got this to replace a Goowls camera I had for a couple years. That one just stopped working. When I reset it, it would rotate and lose connection. Could just be exposure to the elements and it’s time just ran out. This one- easy set up. Easy install. I like the bracket that let’s install vertical or horizontal. Also- the stationary cam is an upgrade from just the pan cam. The video quality is excellent. Has options to change resolution too. The camera seems much faster to respond to commands though still slow moving same as last. Overall I am super happy. This cam cost 1/2 what the old Goowls did- and so far- no advertising in the app. I was going to dump Goowls and IoT because that app now advertises. How stupid is that? If I’m rushing to check a noise on my can- I DO NOT WANT TO SEE ADS IN MY WAY! But here there are no ads. Good job SZSINOCAM.

4. 4/5These cameras are great

   I love this camera, as it does what I need it to do, watch my newborn. It gives us peace of mind. It tells me when motion is detected. Has a crisp video. It’s also Bluetooth compatible. I love the two way audio as well, night vision, ect. The only reason I have given this 4 instead of 5 stars. Is the camera itself likes to go completely dark sometimes. I’ve also had to reset it. Then when it powers on it lets you know is super loud and would abruptly wake my little. So in that regard it seems a bit glitchy, as in shutting itself off for no reason. Also don’t turn on the light of you don’t want to blind your child. I didn’t know what the feature meant and when I clicked it a bright light on the camera came on. I assume for outdoor Use maybe? Other wise we are very happy with this camera and will definitely use it for years to come! I still highly recommend it.

5. 1/5False advertising. Garbage hardware. Information stealing App.

   I was sold this device under false pretenses. I was sold this device as a camera that would function on Bluetooth specifically and WiFi connectivity not required. It was the only product that was advertised this way. They lied. It requires a WiFi connection. After WiFi connection it doesn’t operate properly. The camera itself came from the box dysfunctional. After reading the poorly translated reset instructions I couldn’t get it to connect. After trying the procedure over and over something changed although my routine did not. Then I got hit with the subscription fees. I opted out and stored video feeds locally. After using the camera for two hours the battery went dead. Today I had to repeat the process of setting up all over again. I attempted to delete the user account and all information but was told my request had to be reviewed and would take two weeks. Even if you don’t pay they store your videos. I could log in and out and still see them when videos were deleted locally off my device and subscription option was still available if you clicked the bubble. If you live off grid you are ******. Just more garbage spyware made in an Asian sweat shop and cleverly promoted with lies.
