Nuphone has been a lovely inclusion to my call list. In a world where robocalls infest my daily life, Nuphone has been fantastic at allowing me more control of who I do and don’t engage with. I enjoy seeing a company do something positive and productive with AI and I’m excited to see the future of what this app will be capable of!

2/5Lacks core stability
I shouldn’t have to close out the app and reopen it just to check my calls. It won’t save contacts who can bypass the AI receptionist. I’ll select four contacts and it’ll pick one and save it. It’s almost as if the data array is overwriting itself or only recognizing the last contact selected. Why I have to consistently force close the app and reopen just to see the call details is no longer frustrating, but disappointing. I’m on a grandfather plan and bought an annual subscription, but I’ll be deleting this app soon due to the lack of stability, lack of response in submitting help cases, and overall lack of focus on the customers. I wrote this review less to earn the potential users but more so to get the developers to put eyes on a poor product that you’re charging your customers. Shame on you.

1/5Cost too much.. they tripled their price
I had them from the start, I worked with them and was patient when it came to fixing bugs and working on the many initial start up issues. It was a frustrating process but with the new product capabilities it seemed worth it. When the price was under $10. Now that they raised the price to $30 it is just unrealistic to keep using. I am sure the creators need to try an dupe us out of the extra money because phones will naturally just integrate this type of convenience into their factory systems in the near future.

5/5Helps me keep track of my calls
I don’t have to worry anymore about hanging up the phone. My Nuphone agent takes all my missed calls and makes them actionable. Would love some more productivity features.

I really do not have to worry about missed calls anytime, or been pressured to pick up the phone during inconvenient times. This is like having a fully capable receptionist work for you – amazing!
