"body": "The app requires that I verify my phone number as well as my NIN. Whenever I attempt to verify the phone number, it says it has sent OTP to the number. This never arrives. So I have been on this since October 2025 and it still will not work. I tried verifying the NIN but it says NIMC is not able to get the NIN. Interestingly I opened a NIMC digital ID app which successfully verified the NIN that this app says was not possible. Buying train tickets from this app is also a chore. There is absolutely no reason to keep this app if the authorities will not make it work.",

"body": "While trying to register for the app, prompted for a password that limited casing, numbers, and special characters. After completing multiple entries, it still does not create an account. I tried calling the NRC to book a ticket, but none of the Nigerian phone numbers work. One of the number recording actually state “if you are a customer, do not call this number” while not providing an alternative Nigerian customer support number to call. Very disappointed in this application development and support.",
