   NowThatTv is an amazing streaming service to use especially if you’re into action or fighting! My only complaint is how they put the shows backwards on the listing. Meaning, the first episode is at the bottom of the listing instead of the top. The oldest episode is on the bottom while the newest is on the top. I would also wish they would separate the seasons of each show. For example, South Central Baddies is a popular show on NowThatsTv! The company though puts all seasons together in the backwards listing meaning they put the first episode of the first season at the very bottom and continue it by not splitting up seasons and leaving them lumped together. Great service though!

2. 2/5App barely works, company is trash!

   App constantly glitches and crashes. Even worse watching on tv. Every time I try to watch on the tv I have to pair the same exact device every single time!!! Then they take multiple monthly payments! I originally had the gold tier membership. They attempted to take a monthly payment on 3/3, but the card on file was locked. So I went online and tried to resubmit the payment, but the system wouldn’t allow me to submit the payment. So I decided to change my subscription tier to silver and paid. Two days later after they received payment for my account, I received an alert that they took another payment for the same account. Apparently I was charged for a silver tier subscription and also a gold tier subscription. Again, I only have ONE ACCOUNT! I reached out to customer service to resolve the matter to no avail. At first they kept saying they have a no refund policy for different accounts. I explained that I didn’t have multiple accounts, this was the same account that they were charging two subscriptions on. I didn’t even ask for a refund, I only asked for a credit. I figured they could just give me a credit for the following month. Well apparently they weren’t willing to do that… I spent the last week going back and forth with “customer support” (if you could even call it that) almost every day fighting for a monthly credit. Then when I told them I was contacting my bank and they were going to have to deal with the chargeback, I was told that after this month my account was going to be cancelled. Needless to say I reported them to my bank and now want to warn other consumers. This company is ghetto, dishonest, and unprofessional, please beware if you decide to do business with them and make sure you monitor your bank account for additional monthly fees. After seeing the other complaints, I am not the only one.

3. 1/5App does not work after updating!!!

   My app updated itself yesterday, and before that I was logged in, paid up my subscription fee and watching all that Now That’s Tv had to offer. Today, I try to open the app, I’m logged out and cannot watch anything. Simple fix right? All i have to do is login. WRONG! I used my login and it kept telling me “unable to map” then I go to reset my password, it tells me that an email has been sent to change my password, no email has come through and it’s been 6 hours since I requested it. I go through the comments on their social medias to see if anyone else is experiencing these problems and if they’ve found solutions. 99% percent of the comments are people saying they’re experiencing the same exact problems with no solution other than paying again or logging in through the “sign up” option instead of the “sign in” option. One comment recommended to try logging in on the website. I go to do that, and NOW ITS SAYING THAT IM LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND I NEED TO RESET MY PASSWORD! NO EMAILS HAVE COME THROUGH FOR ME TO DO SO AND THE ONLY SOLUTION I SAW WAS CREATING AN ENTIRELY NEW ACCOUNT. I do not want to pay $5.99 AGAIN when I just paid it 2 weeks ago for my pre-existing subscription. I am afraid that they’re still going to charge me next month for the app that I can’t even use, and I’m starting to feel like they’ve done this on purpose to scam people out of money. I need y'all to get this new app together ASAP, because you will lose a lot of loyal subscribers due to the fact that the service doesn’t even work. And continuously telling your fans to “update the app and all the issues will go away” is not true! My app is fully up to date, my login credentials are correct and that $5.99 already came out my account this month.

4. 1/5Terrible app, terrible customer support

   Ever since the update, I have been unable to access my account. It’s like my account has completely disappeared even though I have an active subscription that still charges me. I’ve reached out over 10 times in 3 different ways (email, instagram, and phone) none of these methods I have gotten a response back to. The customer support is terrible. It should not be so difficult to find their “contact us” information. I literally had to google their information and still couldn’t find anything. The weekly emails they send that shows the new episodes that are being released has a link at the bottom that says “contact us” and it doesn’t even work (I think the link is expired or is not active). When I was able to use the app, it wasn’t that great anyway. The shows and production is just really poor quality and low grade. They have nothing compared to Zeus.

   No wonder she got the best show…WOMEN EMPOWERMENT..from a reg hood chick that wouldn’t go on tv and had to learn a different way other than fighting for the sake of my kids, I appreciate u…most shows make black women just look ratchet. Thank u for trying to show them in a different light and teach them a better way!!! Rather we like it or not we are all judged off the actions of the ones on tv…WE ARE ALL ONE so represent the black woman better…everybody ain’t a leader like myself and most the ladies on that show give the followers something to follow that we all can be proud of!!! trophies to Sapphire!!! U da GOAT!!!!
