Haven’t flown yet so my experience is only with the app. Trips were saved in my login then went away. Not a huge deal because you can access with last name and reservation number. Anyway, whatever the problem was it was fixed in last release and now I see both of my booked flights saved. Looking forward to our trip!

1/5Horrible Customer service support
Maybe the worst customer service support. Our flight is delayed for 4 hours, first they didn’t let me check in online, saying I have to do it at the airport 2 hours prior to the flight. My question is of my original flight time or of the delayed one? Tried calling, they said I m on stand by, even though they already sent me confirmation with assigned seat. Said to make sure I get to fly I have to pay $5000 and then I ll get a refund of $5500, that’s the maximum amount they can charge for a confirmed ticket. Then I saw on their app that they don’t have a phone number for customer support, so how can I even confirm is it a scam or not. Their AI is not giving any proper information- it’s like I m talking to a very stupid robot. So the only option was to go to the airport and do a check in at the counter at the original time of the flight even though or flight was delayed by 4 hours and 20 mins. Nobody to talk to. No proper responses. Best service when you fly, but the worst customer service if you need any help when something goes wrong.

1 star for both the airline and the app experience. Airline: Very spotty and have not had good luck with flights either getting cancelled randomly with little warning or flight getting outsourced to some random provider with less amenities. Also customer service is unreachable. You can only ever use an AI bot which does not know what to do when there are technical issues (which happens regularly) or you have to email which takes 1/2 days to get a response. App: Extremely unstable and unable to do anything with seat selection (website has also been broken for weeks), and Apple wallet support is unusable and results in errors. So bad that I see lots of other reviewers just skipping the mobile check in due to all the issues.

It is near impossible to get in touch with Norse. They use a chatbot. And when that chatbot, but cannot help you, there’s no way for you to contact them by phone. You’re at their mercy.

The worst airline we've ever been on! The RUDEST staff!!! This airline doesn't care about its passengers, all it cares about is money!! EVERYTHING costs money. The smallest, stupidest thing cost money! And all of this is nothing compared to the staff. The rude, selfish, racist staff was UNBELIEVABLE! Both inside the plane and in the airport! And of course their luggage limitations are so unfortunately ridiculous! And their prices are so high; you might as well just book with another airline if you plan to spend on luggage, food, drinks, and even simple seat necessities.
