"body": "Topped up and esim and so had to install a new esim as per their process. New Esim never worked well, only having connection for 1-2 hours at a time before long stretches of no signal, even in strong signal areas. Assistance was limited and then the offer of a refund was reduced because I had used some data trying to troubleshoot. Haggled over $3 rather than just processing a full refund, where i would've been a definite return customer. Won't use again.",
